Отличная мастерская!!! ,я подготовил два алюминиевых колеса от ВАЗ на14 ,обрезал болгаркой лишнее отдал токарю он проточил, готовая посадка под ступицу, осталось отнести на шиномонтажку отбалансировать.

Parece ficção, mas não é. O que se vê neste vídeo é a pura manifestação de alguém altamente qualificado e criativo, fruto de um dom nato de cada um. Não adianta quere imitar, tem saber o que quer e ter os recursos disponíveis. Excelente!

I love it! great work. I know that you probably could have bought a new saw for less than what you spent on making it, but there's more value in something you built for yourself. It's priceless. The only thing I would change is that your wheels need a slight concave down the center, about 1-3 degrees. this prevents the band from walking on you
The traking of the balade is done by adjusting the tilt of the flywheel.
A saw smaller than this would cost more than 2300€ (new) so probably is worth the job.
@@cobalto95 Prices are really high for the big ones, if you buy a new one. Maybe with luck you can source an ancient one for cheap. They are fairly rare equipment in many places.
Convex, not concave. Counterintuitive, but correct.

I'm fascinated by your work, so precise really awesome. I love your machines and looking forward to see your project finish. Unfortunately I don't have the possibility for machines to start such projects.
I'm jealous that I don't have the equipment to even accomplish such a task. You're most likely getting the best bandsaw ever but the price will be incredible.

You obviously have great skills with the lathe and milling machines. And your design is equally amazing as well. I have no idea the amount of material and time you've put into this band saw, but it will be seriously solid. I have a Grizzly 17" 2HP band saw and I use it more than most would think. One of those tools that when you have it, you use it more than you anticipated... Thumbs Up!

Hola buenos días una opinión los discos en amoladora se colocan con las letras asia adentro ya que traten una golilla de metal para asiento y no se revienten al cortar o pulir en mi opinión como ingeniero metalúrgico
O que qualifica a feitura do equipamento além do material necessário, é a qualidade o conhecimento e o primor do capricho empenhado na sua engenharia. Não basta ter tem que ser prazeroso, algo diferente do trivial. Parabéns.

I was not sure at first the way you were building the wheels, but the proof is in the pudding. Awesome build and skills! Thus far it looks to be a lot higher quality than any I have looked at buying!

Dude. You are really really good fabricator, if i was half as good as you I'd be happy as hell. Btw the wheels were less than 10 thousands the deviation was from humps in it from rolling it NOT cause your skills were off. Keep the videos coming mate. Bsafe

Where I live, It would have been cheaper to buy the 20 inch wheel, already made, The metal would cost way more.
