@@khalidmahmood2373 You still have to pack the bearings. On top of that, they didn't even wipe the shaft as they drive the bearings in. Its all scored up. A really sloppy job by the people in the end. .
Yup, that's the extended life model, "100% more mileage than our standard life one, guaranteed" The standard gutter warranty, "once she's over the curb....you gotter". I believe as well, they used Doublemint instead of Juicy Fruit for the weld as it appears a bit...ahhhhh...lumpier. Also used was 5lb precision bearings rather than the usual 10lb maul fit. And all torqued up with a 2-1/2 lb maul...precision work.
Funny how people can’t realize that what they think is so bad and scary is 100% normal for you guy’s. Think back 40+ years we where no different. I think these folks do a hell of a job with what they’re given and love it by the looks of it .👍👍👍👍👍👍
I Also Didnt See The Hub Nut Tightened Up With A Hammer And Drift/Chisel , Seriously They Can Make Those Axles But They Can Make A Socket Or Spanner To Tighten The Hub Nut, Thats Just Wrong .
Pound that hub in a pipe and don’t know if it’s straight with the other end? You need this perfect or the tires will wear prematurely. Gee! I don’t care apparently.
One thing is there is not nearly enough grease in the bearings. You need to pack the bearings with grease not just wipe it on them. Then you have the nut that is Rusty. You could at least took a grinder to clear off a lot of that rust and then used a wire wheel to finish it off. I am not sure of what the load will be on that axle but if it's on a tricycle it will probably be all right but I've noticed a lot of things in that side of the world as far as trucks they are way overloaded and that is the reason the places exist to keep fixing all of the broken axle shafts and other axle related parts and front end parts. You would not be able to get away with loading your vehicle down as much as happens in India, Afghanistan and other parts of the Middle East in the western world. Overloading your vehicle not only damages your vehicle but your roads.

Why does he simply throw this piece of metal on the ground after drilling? I've seen that a lot now, they throw everything away when they're done, regardless of whether it's a tool or not a part they just made all on the floor, then they just spit everywhere like pigs no respect for nothing that's why everything is so dirty there would never go there really never
Wow machined parts just chuck em on ground spindles look like he'll after welding the inner bearings are supposed to come off with the hub and sledgehammer for everything and no grease on bearings or oil in hubs which ever it is unreal
Is that a joke, this bad work should also be paid oh god. This country is so dirty everything on the floor everything is broken the people have no respect.
the lathe operator did an excellent job machined the shaft made the thread there the welder welded the shaft on the tube there at the end the citizen who says he is a mechanic puts the sledgehammer in the bearings because he didn't use sandpaper to remove weld slag on the shaft puts the cube on the earth floor assemble the bearings with the cube full of earth without grease and place the dirty cover without gasket or glue poor quality service
What? No grease on the bearings? And, he picked up the bearings off the dirt floor and installed them? You would think they could sweep the floors every now and then!
Love how they install bearings by pounding them over the top of the welding spatter. Going to be great fun changing those out.
Good job!
Now this axle is ready for next 10 miles before breaking down.

Maybe pack some grease in the bearings and keep them out of the dirt a good idea. I suppose the axle will work for long enough to get the job done.

Amazing guys able to create what they can with limited resorces. Massive thumbs up from me.
Precision made.. hammer fitted😮
Good luck
Tapered roller bearings love a bit of dirt in them when new.
Rule number1, "everything we make we must chuck it in the dirt"
