The only bad thing about doing that in mw19 was that, without Fully Loaded, your stock would only take the secondary into account, giving you only maybe 40 or so bullets in reserve even if you're using a 30rnd weapon like the fennec
Fr. After watching the last 4 Gun Guides this past week or so, I've been using barrels a lot less on my weapons. Takes too much ADS speed while barely giving any Recoil Control / Damage Range for a lot of these weapons.

They went from attachments making a massive difference in Vanguard (damage boosting magazine or barrel attachments as well as vital) to most attachments hurting the gun more than it actually helps in mw2. Would be great if the devs could find some sort of middle ground.
They arguably did in MW 2019. It was possible to build a gun for lower recoil, which would hurt your ads a good bit, but then compensate with some ads improving attachments, and end up with something that has better recoil than stock, and the ads time is maybe only a little slower than stock thanks to your choices. Or you could do the opposite. I used to run a CQB SCAR-H build in 2019 that had the shortest barrel, no stock, a Lazer, and the stippled grip tape. So 4-5 attachments to max out mobility, at the expense of atrocious recoil. But, I'd slap a foregrip on it, lose a little of the ADS speed I got, but still get plenty, and tame the recoil down enough so that it was manageable if still high. If you tried that in this game, aka put a gun max movement then slapped a foregrip or a muzzle break on it to compensate, you'd basically kill all the ADS speed benefits you got with that one attachment and the recoil would still suck.
@TheStrangerTruth IK, it was really awesome, It made playing with the Gunsmith really fun, almost every non meta gun had a interesting quirky build you could throw together for funzies
They want you to tune the guns to minimize the cons. Try your best not to have any red whatsoever once your build is complete. Looks like I'm reconfiguring my classes to take off as many barrels as possible. The balance on the ads time of speeding it up or slowing it down isn't as fair.
Ngl I used the integrated sight rail, and if you can get used to it, it's pretty nice. Depending on what ur doing, the benefits outweigh the less clean optic. Im not really challenging long range fights, so it's perfect for mid-close where you don't really need as clean of a sight.
This man is doing amazing work. IW need to listen to him about more stat figures. Other than that only commenting to help the man get a bump in the algorithm, the least the COD community can do 👍
Same man, it feels fast and consistent and with right attachments it's like a laser, aim for the upper chest and let the recoil pul up into a head shot
It's by far my least favorite smg. It just doesn't feel consistent. I can't count the amount of times I got dropped by someone using the vaznek or 74u even though I shot first just due to the slower ttk
Maybe it’s because I’ve used the P90 (and Weevil) in every CoD it’s been in ever, but I’m so good at controlling the recoil pattern on this gun. I use every single attachment that boosts speed including that light rail attachment and end up being really nimble and shredding
PDSW has been the best gun in Tier One so far out of the smgs for me because of the high cap mag, low recoil, crazy bullet velocity and the amazing fire rate. I find myself never losing gun fights except for poor accuracy moments. Even at long range.
I think the rails help recoil more than anything because they make it more vertical and seems to help get rid of the zigzag especially that light rails it’s almost completely vertical now
The light rail is one of the best attachments ace, feel like you are really over looking it because of the minimal recoil addition that you never notice when controlling recoil.
In what possible way? The one with the integrated sight has actual benefits, the light rail destroys your much needed recoil (since on average this hit marker machine needs 5 hits) and gives you like 3% faster movement.
The super easy to control recoil paired with the high bullet velo, massive magazine, sub 200ms TTK potential up close with respectable ttk at range makes this one of the most slept on SMGs and i personally think it can compete favorably against all the smgs other than the fannec. Also the reload with fast hands isnt painfully long, surprised the pros havent at least tried this as a flex SMG. I honestly feel its that good at least in my hands.

Well that's nice Mr Ace, I just got to this one on the gold grind. Have to say, the iron sights are bloody awful, but the gun seems to be pretty decent
Anytime a FPS game has a P90 of any kind, it’s a go to gun for me. I haven’t found any game where this weapon sucks. This was my first gun I got gold, very fun gun
The high bullet velocity made this feel pretty consistent but it still needs some small buffs. Both 7 shot ranges need to be removed and limb damage raised enough to where 8 shot kills are no longer a thing
Everyone in Warzone just uses the Fennec or MP5, but I’ve had a surprising amount of success with just the ground loot version of the P90 (the one with the holo sight). It has excellent strafe speed and easy to control recoil, and the bullet velocity really helps for those mid range fights. I haven’t tried making a dedicated class for it yet since I don’t have it completely leveled, but anyone else out there have recommendations for a WZ setup?
I'd argue the reflex rail actually buffs the recoil in terms of horizontal recoil. Throw on a vertical recoil muzzle and kit out for hip fire and you might have one of the best all around builds for an SMG
Infinity Ward really needs to halve the ADS penalties for EVERY BARREL ATTACHMENT while doubling every ADS improvement to make any of the barrels worth using in this game.
The bullet velocity makes sense Because its a bullpup so it already has a higher velocity than most smg because of the longer barrel, and it also chambered in 5.7 which has a faster bullet velocity than the standard 9mm.
What I found out about this the other day: 1. Don’t use a barrel, use the flash hider for recoil stabilisation (because grips are out of the question) 2. Don’t worry too much about hurting your bullet velocity a bit. 3. When built right, it is overpowered.

It's cool that they made the 5.7x28 ballistics similar to the actual round in real life. 5.7 is a very flat shooting round that has almost no drop within 100 yards.
It is a worse version of the existing P90. The grip is more angular, gets caught on clothing and gear easier plus the P90 already has variants with rails. The PDSW528's top rail is worse than the real life one as it's only connected to the chassis from the front, making it less stable and flexes more.
@@stardust_2339 if you’ve ever fired a weapon you know a vertical grip angle leads to less fatigue in your wrists. A company makes a rail similar to the one in the game it’s actually built into the entire receiver as 1 piece it holds zero and is lower to the bore.
Would be nice to have a build using only the attachments unlocked by a particular gun. In case you don't have every other gun in the game maxed to use any attachment you want.
I've gotten used to the integrated reflex rail sight and its not that bad at all. It's a solid attachment given the circumstances. I mean, 80% of the kills you want to go for with the gun are close-mid range anyway, so just put the square around the heart and you're golden

It’s been such a slog getting them gold because so many SMGs have horrible damage range drop offs, strange and poor attachment balancing, and terrible visual recoil. I really hope we see some major balance adjustments with S1 reloaded but I doubt it.
I know what you mean. Ive used smgs in very cod but this game just makes them feel so inconsistent. I get destroyed by ARs at every range unless I'm barrel stuffing
@@destroyallnattys1196 I’ve lost so many gunfights with an SMG at “range” (playing on shoot house, not even the middle lane, so the range isn’t even anything insane) where I’ve just laughed afterwards because I got a ton of hit markers, dumped my mag, and still couldn’t get the kill. @@KekusMagnus even in the real world, this is not the case lmao. SMGs are designed to down you as fast as they can in close to mid range since they don’t over penetrate
Just goes to show you how all these attachments acually make things more difficult than help. Probably took a lot of time from the devs to intergrate each attachments for each gun camo and bundle.
So if it does 40 damage to the head you can get a 3 shot headshot kill I know most of the time you won't but you can get a 150~ms kill if you land all 3 headshots

Besides the remaining 1000 kills left over which I really don’t want to do just for a damn emblem
Especially now that there's more 5.7 pistol options to choose from. There's the FiveseveN, FN just came out with a Gen 3. But there's a few more like the Ruger 57 and the PSA 5.7 Rock.
I use this gun a lot, my only issue with this gun is that I use toggle aim down site settings and when you reload it kicks the gun out of aim down site back to hip fire even though you toggle it to aim down site, it’s very frustrating!!
That's how many torso shots required within each range dropoff to maintain the number of shots to kill. So in this case you need 4 torso shots up close for a 4 shot kill; 5 in the second damage range for a 5 shot kill; 0 in the second and third ranges to maintain a 6 to 7 shot kill, respectively (all shots can hit limbs and it'll take the same number of shots to kill as torso shots); and 2 torso shots at the longest range to maintain a 7 shot kill.
Is the smg tactical sprintout speed supposed to be 332 ms? Shouldn’t it be 232 ms since the majority of smgs have 210 ms with a few outliers having 310 ms? I see this on several of the smg gun guides, and i imagine it’s probably a typo

Finally thank you!
I've gotten used to the integrated reflex rail sight and its not that bad at all. It's a solid attachment given the circumstances. I mean, 80% of the kills you want to go for with the gun are close-mid range anyway, so just put the square around the heart and you're golden
COD youtubers tomorrow: PDSW İS HITSCAN!!
If there's one thing I wish IW would consider changing, its to lessen the cons to attachments. They preach how MW2 has so much variety with different play styles, yet I feel like attachments really hurt rather than help
I like that they have a fast bullet velocity but it still shouldn’t be faster than 5.56 rifles which are much faster
Best smg for ads movement making it my top smg because in this game you can’t sprint unless u wanna get beeeemed😅
Favorite SMG
Really glad that it has such a hot round
The p90 in 2019 did as well, eventually we'll get the Five-seveN in a cod game again, pretty sure blops 2 was the last
I’ve been using this gun in warzone. I use a different build. If you are good with head shots it is a very good gun.
I would love a more comprehensive “ranking” of each category as you go through. Like where does the 4-7 shot kill rank vs each other smg etc.
I love the p90 in all cods but definitely a peashooter lolll
Favorite gun ever
I'm ready for the snipers lol. All I use are snipers/marksman rifles and the kastov 762 lol
Pretty sure I set a world record for assists on shipment with this thing. Think I had 36.
I picked it up from safecracker and goddamn the only thing that killed me was the gas and a window glitch.
I feel like half of the gun guides so far have included "assault rifle smg hybrid"
Not sure how i feel about balance like that
My favorite gun in the game. Damn near a laser beam.
Crazy the p90 had the best ads speed in mw2019. with the right attachments it was less than 100 ms
This is my favorite smg right up there with the mp5 and mp7 especially in Warzone 🤫🤫
I love this gun. It just fries and the mag size is generous.
Lol no
@@helloyou807 Nah, fr. In my experience I have shredded with it. Idk if it's the gun, or if it's just my playstyle, but I love it
@@0uttaS1TE too slow compared to other smgs imo, might be my playstyle. but this weapon feels more like an hybrid ar with its velocity
@@helloyou807 I get what you're saying.
I like this one very much. Pair it up as a secondary with an AR or another smg like 9K and it's nearly a beat mode
Lol
The number of time ill hit 3 headshots with this gun and then get instadeleted is insane
Would be nice to see jump ads speeds too
About 3-5 business days for every gun
I really hate how they’re balancing the SMGs in this game.
The guns being peashooters and poor hit detection have made for such a frustrating and inconsistent experience
@@destroyallnattys1196 SMGs should get destroyed by ARs at every range, mobility is what they're designed to do better than ARs, not damage.
@@KekusMagnus even in the real world, this is not the case lmao. SMGs are designed to down you as fast as they can in close to mid range since they don’t over penetrate
@@KekusMagnus strafing and flacking don't work well in this game. That is what an SMG is for.
That max range barrel literally reduces 1 shot to kill at the entire mid range. It might be worth the huge ADS hit
Could already aim in and shoot couple shots before the long barrel finishes aiming
Just goes to show you how all these attachments acually make things more difficult than help. Probably took a lot of time from the devs to intergrate each attachments for each gun camo and bundle.
How do you test the ADS and sprint out speeds?
Just a heads up there is a way to get an “all round” build without any negatives while using 5 attachments
My favourite gun in every mw game and they go and misspell P90.
So if it does 40 damage to the head you can get a 3 shot headshot kill I know most of the time you won't but you can get a 150~ms kill if you land all 3 headshots
Yep, 132ms
@@TheXclusiveAce thanks for the reply appreciate you what was your favorite SMG I'm not sure if you said it or not
I can't wait for the LMGs.
Appreciate your info and help
I’m not gonna lie. I hate the iron sites in this game they’re either really obstructive are very inaccurate due to all of the visual recoil either way I’m just glad I have my shit Orion haven’t touched the game in about a week or 2 been waiting for the midseason update to do something seeing as my dumbass decided to go for all the camos and Max out at 250 early I really hope in the next season they’re able to add more content because basically once you hit max level, there’s literally nothing to do in the game especially for those of us that have unlock all the cameras. Besides the remaining 1000 kills left over which I really don’t want to do just for a damn emblem
Random question how many people think head shots are easier to get 🤔 I have 30% HS accuracy on some guns, avg 18/20% on most others!
I hope at some point they add a pistol based on the FiveseveN so that this gun and the hurricane can share ammo with it
Especially now that there's more 5.7 pistol options to choose from.
Can someone explain to me what does "torso shots needed 4-5-0-0-2" mean?
You need 4 shots to matyer, 5 shots, etc. So you can tag someone 4 times in the chest and anywhere else and you'll secure the kill.
As far as I can tell at least
That's how many torso shots required within each range dropoff to maintain the number of shots to kill. So in this case you need 4 torso shots up close for a 4 shot kill; 5 in the second damage range for a 5 shot kill; 0 in the second and third ranges to maintain a 6 to 7 shot kill, respectively (all shots can hit limbs and it'll take the same number of shots to kill as torso shots); and 2 torso shots at the longest range to maintain a 7 shot kill.
@@TheXclusiveAce appreciate the clarification ace. Thanks
Is the smg tactical sprintout speed supposed to be 332 ms? Shouldn’t it be 232 ms since the majority of smgs have 210 ms with a few outliers having 310 ms?
I see this on several of the smg gun guides, and i imagine it’s probably a typo
These really are amazing videos but your inflection on "if you haven't already" is bizarre haha, is it pre recorded?
