I do know that in regards to recipes on youtube I always read in the description for any changes or updates, I highly recommend this. All in all, this was a great recipe for a quick Saturday lunch. Thank you.
Hi, Diego Jimenez - Our apologies, but the recipe only requires 2 teaspoons of baking powder, not 2 tablespoons. The video shows the incorrect amount. Glad it worked out for you though.
Is this a joke? This video has 28 million views. Edit the video from within and correct it. You have people making pancakes with the wrong ingredients. How many people will read the description versus trust a video w 28 million views and just follow it step by step in their kitchen, no other thought about it? Whack. Lazy. This is a cooking RUclips. Do better with your platform.
My little loved these. Thank you. Easy. They were fluffy and didn't burn like box pancakes. I added a dash of almond extract and a dash of vanilla extract.
I made pancakes with the recipe of 2 tablespoons of baking powder, before reading the description. They were a disaster. They looked really amazing but the the taste was bad😞
Hey, Metamorphia MLP - Salt sparks the flavor of most dishes. You'll be missing something if you leave it out entirely. How about cutting down on the amount instead? Use 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon. Start with a small amount, give it a taste, and see how you like the flavor. You could try a small taste of batter with and without salt and compare the flavor that way, too.
My kids are allergic to milk , so I used almond milk instead, two teaspoons of honey and a hint of vanilla extract. Mine came out super fluffy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a teaspoon not a tablespoon I'm just saying
Chris Faith can i ask if what milk did u use?

That is why i used half teaspoon salt.
Thankkk youu
Warning do not use 1 teaspoon of salt it would be very very salty I tried it
Just a pinch of salt is enough.h.
I threw the whole thing away, pike they want induced hypertension, terrible recipe.
Made this exact recipe and it tasted just fine..... are you sure you didn't add a TABLEspoon ... ( common mistake )
I followed this, fuxkin disgusting
I agree!!
Cool, I was at my dads and we wanted pancakes this really helped! I am subscribed. I recommend these ones if you are simple and want to do things the easy way.
Tip: The video goes for 2 minutes but the actual length to making the pancakes are about 15 minutes.
Tried this. Really fluffy. Good recipe.
How many pancakes you got with this recipe?
@@greykitten7569 i tried it, and got 8 pancakes 🥞

And the whole tsp of salt😂
Naaa...the salt, I'm sure
Is 2 teaspoon
😂😂
Like WTF !!!
I still remember when I first got here 3 to 4 years ago and put two tablespoons of baking powder instead of teaspoons.
And yes I even ate the super salty pancakes because I was afraid to tell my mom I spoiled it.
Eventually had a really bad stomach ache, puked numerous times and got admitted at the hospital for a day😂
😂😂😂 this made my day, glad you healed up at least
Lmaooo
The super salty pancakes happened to me like 3 years ago, went to the backyard, launched them like frisbee's! At least the birds enjoyed them
That escalated quickly oh my

turned out sooo good and fluffy tip for you guys add a bit less baking soda but still add a good amount to make pancakes fluffy
TIP: Use butter in the pan instead of oil because then the pancakes flip easier and won't over lap itself!
My grandma does that :3
looool mrs Winchester
Butter tend to burn pancakes, butter is not a pure fat. I use Margarine
Butter burns faster
Aussies do that
It’s 6 am and I haven’t been to sleep yet and I’m making pancakes 😌✨

My 3 yr old son kept asking for pancakes this morning so I made the recipe today & it was good. I felt that 1 tsp of salt was too much so i did a pinch & used almond milk instead of cow's milk. It turned out great! Thank you
Tried it last night it was amazing i just added some vanilla extract ♥️👍
How much?
قطرتين 😊
@@mar-oe6qk 1 to 2 teaspoons. It really depends on how strong of a taste you want.
Jennifer Whatley Mm! Sounds good. I’m going to try adding cinnamon and sugar and see how it tastes 🤤😋
Who makes pancake at night ?
Everyone else: Put a tablespoon of vanilla extract in the mixture.

Where the sugar?!
These came out too salty and now I'm salty.
Yeah obviously..she put too much salt
Probably put table spoon not tea spoon
WHYYY YEETTT that would be more. Put maybe 1/4 of a teaspoon
Crazy haha
Totally agree! Too salty. Trying half teaspoon next time.
I’m using this recipe since 2006 and I can’t thank you enough
I tried it and I was played. It was salty asf! I recommend to put in just a pinch of salt instead of a teaspoon or just don’t put any salt at all.
You probably put Tablespoons it happened to me once
Dani&Dari De La Cruz No I made sure I put one teaspoon and it turned out really salty even my family agreed so I put 1/4 teaspoon and it was much better
@@danieladelacruz818 nope, theyre right i put a teaspoon and its literally soo salty its gross. i had to throw it out lmaoo
Correction, rahila fatima. It's TWO TEASPOONS of baking powder. Not tablespoons.
Powder or soda? Where are you from?
***** powder

I always depend on buying the Betty Crockers Pancake Mix but now not anymore my first attempt after watching this video got me loving this pancake recipe alot better with the texture that's smooth and taste so good and also the crisp around the edges omg yummy I could have this for breakfast every morning 🥞🤤
Instead of a teaspoon of salt I just did a pinch, I added chocolate chips and vanilla extract and came out delicious 😋
Ooowee !! I know those were good !! specially with the CHOCOLATE chips in it 💪🏾👏🏽
1 teaspoon of salt is way too much lol
@@Kylehdezall I taste is salt help
@@TreeHugger27 salt Is a very overpowering ingredient! So I figured 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar, the salt would overpower the sugar, so I just used a pinch of salt instead
@@Kylehdez hah I wish I knew this sooner. I put some maple syrup on top and it masked some of the saltiness. I’ll keep this in mind next time!
Wow! This video is 9 years old..Well, I'm thankful for it..my granddaughter is home sick and wants homemade pancakes. Getting ready to make them. Can't wait to try it. I may put in a dash of cream of tartar..just for an extra fluff.
Thank you...
Made these pancakes and they came out wonderful! I've never made pancakes and this recipe was very easy. I do know that in regards to recipes on youtube I always read in the description for any changes or updates, I highly recommend this. All in all, this was a great recipe for a quick Saturday lunch. Thank you.
Do i use pancake mix??
Tips: do not use ice cubes if hot water, and iOS devices, instead make the drink, or in non-optimal situations has been outside or is not working.
Beautiful fluffy pancake and absolutely delicious.Brilliant recipe
My tip after making this:
use 1/2 tsp of salt
yes
Lina Tran agree, 1tsp was way too much salt
Lina Tran Yep. I used 1 tsp of salt and it tasted awful... I’d recommend using 1/4 tsp of salt
I thought a tsp salt to 1 cup flour was way too much also.
Yes. My whole pancake batter went in the bin. It was too salty and I puked when I ate the pancake I made.
Its been years that I am following only this recipe for the pancakes. No one can beat your recipe. Love you so much
YOOOOOOsomethingswroong withu theses were notfluffy at alllthe were flat

That's awesome! She's a lucky mom! Thank you for watching 😊
You guys should re-upload and correct the error, it would literally take 10 minutes to dub the sound
S5 0014 81 ikr, I literally put two tablespoons of baking soda
@@zuzu8188 the only way to fix that is to add a large amount of other ingredients to keep the ratio
Hi, Diego Jimenez - Our apologies, but the recipe only requires 2 teaspoons of baking powder, not 2 tablespoons. The video shows the incorrect amount. Glad it worked out for you though.
Can I add chopped up strawberrys

Charlotte Wang anything you want pretty much
Too salty
Is this a joke? This video has 28 million views. Edit the video from within and correct it. You have people making pancakes with the wrong ingredients. How many people will read the description versus trust a video w 28 million views and just follow it step by step in their kitchen, no other thought about it? Whack. Lazy. This is a cooking RUclips. Do better with your platform.
My little loved these. Thank you. Easy. They were fluffy and didn't burn like box pancakes. I added a dash of almond extract and a dash of vanilla extract.
I was going to make it today...but TOMORROW sounds better!!
I made pancakes with the recipe of 2 tablespoons of baking powder, before reading the description. They were a disaster. They looked really amazing but the the taste was bad😞
I screenshoted this lol
XD
Thank you so much! I was able to make this all by myself at age 11! This will be my first time making pancakes from scratch!💕
Kristen Policar
Just made it and I’m so glad I went to the description to see if the ingredients were there because I saw the baking powder warning

Yes, sunflower oil is fine as the vegetable oil, Amira hossam.
My kids are allergic to milk , so I used almond milk instead, two teaspoons of honey and a hint of vanilla extract.
Mine came out super fluffy.
