I literally started crying when I saw that he played this song I had so long forgotten about this movie which is such a huge part of my childhood. And now that Netflix has most of the ghibli movies I am just happier than ever. Thank you sir
When I was a child I used to go skiing in Tahoe with my mom. The cabin we stayed at had Castle in the Sky and Atlantis on VHS and I watched them every single time we went. This song is my favorite by far.
I heard this song in his two videos already, looks like he changed the feeling of the song.. The other one was near to the original and soft emotion, while this one was more powerful and more sad (well just like emotion, but a stronger) Or the other one was like the beginning of the movie when everything was peaceful.. This version was like, the rising part of the movie, when evil took over and then the main character rose to toke revenge like that, idk..
I watched castle in the sky a few days ago. And man oh man, I tear up every time I listen to this. This is too beautiful to be true. Thanks for covering this masterpiece.
finally gave in to watching the movie last night and the ending broke me in so many good ways. I got this very familiar and uneasy feeling when i saw the castle and its roots out in space and finally away from all the chaos, but just the ending and main theme in general is so beautiful
I miss my child hood this movie taught me so many lessons in life that I'll never forget. Made me realize how bad power is in the wrong hands most of all.
My friend got me a music box of sorts from China with this theme lol. I asked him to pick this one actually, because it was apparently the "saddest" or most emotional sounding one. Great arrangement as always though. I'm waiting for a (maybe) possible Tsumetai Heya, Hitori from you though :3?
There is only one thing I have to say, I am in love with the Piano right now. Your skill is just that good. Those delicate fingers of yours are something else. I mean your piano covers are simply that good.
If you are listening to this with your eyes closed from the beginning of the video, there is the part where your eyes suddenly open wide because something has come to your soul in a shocking yet heavenly way. And there is the part where your eyes accepting for what has come to your soul and make your eyes closed again but this time with a heartwarming smile
after 2 months of practicing, i can finally play this piece in front of my parent :) to anyone that wants to learn this, it is not something that you can't do so good luck I am sure you can do it
I remember a Korean drama called Temptation of Wife. It's about a husband who had a mistress where the legal wife took revenge to.. The whole tv series I'm always crying 😭 and the OST has a resemblance to here.. The OST is called Can't Forgive in English.. If you wanna watch it get your tissue on the side ready cuz you will cry a lot...
God ever since my brother pointed out that Zelda botw took inspiration from ghibli movies I can hear some of elements of the music that sounds like botw as well as the art style of the unique houses and beautiful grass fields with flowers

The version I am listening to is definitely a level 10 version.
Castle in the Sky has to be my favorite Ghibli Movie of all time, I dont care what anyone says
But
But
Spirited away
Same
It was also my first anime ever. Since then I'm addicted and Ghibli is still my #1. I love the art-style and the storys.
We all have our favourites!😁 mine is spirited away. It’s always stuck with me.

Right, shiita falling off the ship chased by pirates was peaceful 😂👍 but I get your point ^^
I'd really like this song... This is one of my favourite songs
Sniff sniff...
Is someone chopping onions? The music always gets me!
Needs more KIKI delivery service. So much great music in that movie.
I really like Kiki's soundtrack, so I will play a few themes from this movie for sure.
Laputa music is way better than Kiki delivery service
@@Sam-cd2hv You can't measure that. Both are excellent for their purposes.
Ventana that depends on how you see it

I’ve learned it on 4 days 7hours/day, don’t stop it’s hard but some patterns come back often. since i’ve finished it, it’s one of my favourite piece !
That Asian kid that perfects it in 3 hours.
nice!
This is really beatiful wow. May I ask which vst/soundfont you are using? :)
It is my secret ; )
@@PianoDeuss Ah that's a shame :( Great performance either way :)
Great video! For anyone learning this, try a C maj instead of the G maj at 1:30 and 2:40, I think that sounds cooler.
просто красиво.
Better than the original !
Hmm I think there are better arrangements out there, but this is good
espectacular
Love your stuff! Please play "Von" from Zankyo no Terror
❤
I suggest u to play interstellar theme next time😍

I would buy sheet music! Look into transcribing your pieces. I would love to spread your music!
Coincidence I think not.
