I wonder if a side piece vertically would help with holding the bar against a straight edge so as not to get marks on the planed side of the soap from the blade. Super cool idea!
Absolutely brilliant Dean! I love it!. I have a beveler, it has two grooves so the corners of the soap have a guide to push towards the blade. This is great.
Very nicely done! You could've ran the soap down the planer towards you too, I do it that way, just seems easier to me, but great job Dean, nice to see you again! Stay safe.
Hi dean, i sew on facebook. You will close your shop. I really sad because you a nice person who made something you like. But, i hope you will get better for your new business. Stay safe and healthy dave 😊 Sorry for my bad english 🙏
Like when you are "ripping" a board! Very clever.

இது மிகவும் அற்புதமானது மற்றும் எனது வீடியோக்கள் சோப்பு தயாரிக்க உங்களை ஊக்கப்படுத்தியதில் மகிழ்ச்சி. நல்லது.
Great that you have shared your idea. Thankyou
I didn't think you were going to make one of these! This is so exciting.
I wasn't but I did a rainbow soap and just slapped it together. I didn't even know if it would work. But all good. :)
Dean, this is awesome! Such a craftsman! Very nicely done!
You are so good at everything you do. Sending big hugs from Scotland. X
Thanks very much. Someone told me this one "Master at everything, professional at nothing".. So true.
That's such a good idea Dean. I'm always worried I'll slice my fingers (again).
Yes, first time I slid it across the blade almost cut my finger off as the last part of the soap went quick. This tool really is awesome.
@@DeanWilson It is, you've really addressed an issue we soapmakers have. Nice one :D
WOW! That's awesome. You're a genius. Always coming up with nice items to use to making soaping better. Well done.
Thank you so much 😀
