The XL mode impressed me. The amount of bots onscreen do turn any session into the large-scale, chaotic, all-out wars that you can't even experience on the newer Battlefronts!
Yup! XL Mode is my favorite, I wish more maps supported it!
@@VrejGaming I assume that due to the amount of physics and detail, the game would completely break if XL mode would be on Tantive IV or the Death Star!

@@VrejGaming you can choose what prop you wanna use for gibs. i would like this feature because i could use hl1 mmod gibs for hlr. your addons are great btw.
I was wondering if you could do a Star Wars Battlefront AT-AT SNPC And AT-ST SNPC mod
I knew a gmod request comment would come! 😂 AT-AT would be highly complex for GMod but it's possible, however I am not currently working on any Star Wars mod

I have so far only played singleplayer, which works great, but the multiplayer seems to be a mess
How do you select this mode? I see it nowhere.
I went to Battlefront 2 -> Instant action -> Hoth -> Selected XL mode, note that only a couple of maps have XL mode!

apparently this re-release was heavy nostalgia bait. ppl r complaining about there only being 3 servers upon launch, lazily AI-upscaled textures, inability to connect to lobbies among other things. already has an overwhelmingly negative review score on steam, and to top it all off they want 35 bucks for it
Ridiculous. The only actually good way to release it again would be making it compatible with modern hardware if such problems occur and making it free. Any other way it's just a robbery.
I personally have only played single player and instant action so far, so I can't comment on the multiplayer yet, but unfortunately it seems like the multiplayer is a complete mess. It was supposed to be the big part of the remaster.
@@VrejGaming file size way too big, 3 servers on launch, and content that you can just get through mods in the originals, the 35 dollar price tag is not worth it
@@miickydeath12 I just played the multiplayer yesterday, and the servers still have issues, matches were lasting only 5 minutes max, randomly freezing and random time outs. It's really sad to see this, they could have executed this much better and I agree $35 is not worth it currently.
