Hot Morning NJ Albies on Snacks and Epoxy

- throwback from last year when we had a good run of albies. I was optimistic about the 2019 season, thinking we’d get another good run but that has not been the case. I have come to terms with reality and have accepted I wont catch an albie this year.. other than the couple small ones in VA. Anyway the albies were finicky on this day. I started with an epoxy but switched to an albie snack after dragging through breaking fish a buncha times. the snack was effective. special thanks to Capt Dano for this one.

Same here in Malta in the heart of the Mediterranean sea. 2018 was a good year for albies, 2019 is soooo slow for albies. Can't remember a slower year for albies.
Sick alberts. Maybe we get a late push from the east?
These fish are awesome man, pure muscle.
Bravo Bro 🤩🤩🤩 nice spot
Albies seem to be 10-20miles off this year aren't really moving in
Man you seized up! Hysterical over here.
What a difference a year makes man. Caught my first Albie August 19th this year (targeting bones). Caught my last one September 16th. Caught 3 total thus far. I've seen them on top maybe 3 times in 10 outings. Last year I caught more than 30 in about the same number of outings. Hopefully they're not gone quite yet.
Would like to see what ice fishing for you is going to look like this year ! Nice albi vid!
You have satisfied the albie withdraw for NJ surfcasters. They did come in but not where they were last year on NJ beaches. Definitely more of a boat game but it's how its goes. Gotta see a video soon with these bass that came into our area on the boats dude. Massive.
6:56 LOL
LMFAO!
Bravo bro
Aye I like it keep it up man
We had giant Albies early this spring summer. So many people were complaining. They are around, but who knows where.
Like number 100 here,,, Cheers from Cali
sup.
Very unfortunate that the Albies never came in. They were around for about a week in the sandy hook area where I fish. Had them jumping out of the water as close as 20 feet from the boat while we were anchored up blackfishing. They wouldn’t touch anything
Yo Sea Money, What happened you quite fishing for Stripped Bass?
what length nexus is this?
DAMN I like your style! In everything lol
How do you rig your snax? Do you use a lightly weighted hook or are you completely weightless? Lots of schoolie sized stripers still here in Rhode Island on the beach with some just barely keeper sized mixed in. Still the SP Minnow in darker colors seems to work the best but almost all of the keepers have been caught on bunker chunks at night. Last day of my annual 2 week vacation trip here. Albies were not nearly around as much as the last two years. Gator sized bluefish have seemed to have gone extinct, with nothing more than harbor sized blues for the last 3 years. Tight lines and good luck on the fall run!
Would they hit a fly?
That would be sick!
What kind if boat is that
Why do they have those weird patterns on their spines?
What is special about albie Snacks? Over just a little minnow soft plastic?
Sea money smokin sea weed
You two should make another flathead fishing video
pink vs white albie snax? which is better?
Yup
I prefer the pink.
idk may still be a chanch for this year
Got into albies 15 miles off ocean grove
Aeee
