Wow, I bought this after about a day of research and am glad I did after finding this review. I love near lots of hills and it’s doing them pretty well so far. Love it!
Great review and coming from an ES4 this is a great scooter. Getting top speed up is reasonably easy and then this becomes an unbeatable product at the price with good build quality, tested design and wide availability of parts online to order. It also has a massive and active user community which is a big plus. If you don't know what to buy, buy the M365 Pro as its the safest purchase out there.
i did set mine to 33km/h so when the battery is at 40% i still get 30 km/h max speed which just feels right to overtake something if you need it. you can always travel with 25km/h but like i said if you need to react fast or overtake someone you can do it :)
Uscooters Booster V has more range, higher top speed (I GPS rated it at 25 mph), has regen braking, excellent coil suspension, and weighs less (about 25 pounds) than the Xiaomi or Ninebots. Now that the uscooters GT is out (longer deck 20% faster) the Booster V will likely be on sale soon. I picked up the Booster V on sale in February for $900. 10 AH battery with a 700 watt motor. Laughs at steep hills and I'm 200 pounds. I have used it daily in NYC rough pavement and rough weather and its build quality is superior to the ninebot and xiaomi. no contest. Those are not well insulated for rain which is inevitable when you're out riding. I have a broken Xiaomi right now awaiting repair after a single ride in light rain for about 10 seconds. Meanwhile light rain is no problem for the Booster V. Because it's WELL INSULATED. heavy rain is dangerous on a scooter so no point in testing that. Also a factor why I skipped Xiaomi scooters: Changing the tires are a ROYAL PAIN. It's baffling why they continued this absurd design on the Xiaomi Pro. The Uscooters has a solid rubber tire and wheel that swaps out in 30 seconds flat with one tool. Since it has suspension the ride isnt rough making an air tire for comfort unnecessary. But if you prefer the feel of an air tire you can by a larger "e-twow 8 inch" wheel upgrade kit on Amazon for about $25. I used it for about three months and it was better choice in the rain but I went back to solid tire. my advice if you need a year round scooter for daily use don't spend less than $900. These companies are cutting corners on durability to get between $500 - $800. Fixing a scooter is a royal pain. hassle of shipping, losing the use of it during repair and if out of Warranty costly.
Great scooter - I recently got rid of a Ninebot ES2, which was a real rough ride - that was on a concrete path too! And after updating firmware displayed an error which I could not clear. Segway servicing were not interested in helping me either. The M365 Pro is so much smoother and punchier, and overall a much much better scooter.
Xiomi is a solid company and being Chinese, they would know how to build electric scooters since they are widely used in Chinese cities. Even their robotic vacuums are some of the best. Like the Xiomi display and thumb throttle - very well integrated. Hopefully, some of the high performance options (Dualtron, etc) will adopt a less clumsy option than there tack on displays and finger throttles. Nice job on the video, Chuck.
It has the same creaking issues as the M365. At first 1-2 months, it seems to have been fixed, but it will develop in time. I think they could have fixed this by installing a rubber or plastic spacer where the folding stem hits and rubs the base, or use a folding base made of steel. For users on paved roads, you won't probably encounter this issue, but when you get into bumpy roads and use this scooter on a daily, it will eventually happen.
The odd thing about the pro I have found is this, the tyres are rated for 75 kgs the scooter is rated for 100 kgs but it works fine with someone on it who is way over the limits. The range is reduced, and the charging takes a long time, but it's still a decent scooter for the price.
@@muratsertel Yes thus is true however at any time all your weight could be over one wheel, so that tyre would carry all that weight, also the scooter is only rated for 100 kg but it works fine with someone over 130 kg though clearly with the extra weight will not respond as good. I've seen two people ride these and assuming they are at least 60 kg each that would be 120 kg some are obviously heavier, so it's a well built scooter, I've seen some bikes rated higher buy unable to take the weight it is rated for.
The only scooter in the Pro's weight class I know of that might beat the m365 Pro is the recently released E-Twow GT. The GT is priced much higher though.
Yes, although they are very different scooters. The GT will be faster in top speed and acceleration. The Pro will have much much better braking and grip/safety due to pneumatic tires.
Just got back after my first test ride in the local park. This is my first e-scooter ever. This thing is fantastic fun! 4.3 miles used up about 16% battery on rough, uneven terrain and gravel roads with many slopes. This thing packs a punch, even though the front wheel drive means it sometimes loses traction during acceleration, especially on fine gravel, but it's not a big deal. Fun fact: here in germany the model has a secondary brake handle that ONLY activates the front electrical brake. I think two brake handles are mandatory here, so this is a nice touch as it allows you to recuperate a little more energy.
Hello, can I suggest you to make a review to Kugoo M2 Pro...It's way better than all those scooters ...just to name some features: front/rear shock absorbers, tubeless air filled tires, most beautiful folding mechanism, IPX6 . The mileage is not so great, but it is ok for the most people

Hi , I was looking at the Xiaomi m365 pro for my 13 year old son . I’m having trouble finding it for a good price . I’m finding a lot of sites don’t ship to the US or pricing is at $667. I have 2 questions for you 1. Is the pro right for a 13 year old and 2. is there other places to purchase it .
Great question. The Pro is notoriously hard to come by in the US. For someone younger, you might want to limit the speed, which you can do one other entry level scooter such as the GoTrax GXL Commuter V2 or the Xiaomi M365, both good scooter with the M365 being better. I would recommend the M365 electric-scooter.guide/reviews/xiaomi-mi-m365-review/
First I buy the m 365 ride it for like 3 years hawe so much fun then buy the pro ride it for like 1 year and have even more fun I would say that's a good upgrade if you had a m365 normal one
how does this compare to the segway max scooter? I know the Pro does not have the US version yet, do they include manufacturer's warranty if I order one from Amazon.com?

I returned the zero 9 after purchasing. Its too heavy, bulky, violent acceleration, jerky abrupt breaking, they put the main break next to accelerator which is a huge accident hazard and its not streamlined. I want a compact scooter like m365, lightweight, don't need it to be faster or have longer range, maybe split rims and stem and side LED lights, maybe a suspension that works on regular pavement or some kind of damper. Bigger, bulkier and faster is not necessarily better, not to me anyways. I average 8mph when I ride in urban setting on sidewalks.
do you think 0-15 mph time is perfect when lil change in how you push be legs from stand still make diffrenc = i ride viron 1000watt some time and it start from 0 so without legs suport it do 5 sec with with hard push from ground 2,5 sec ...

I would pay $1000 for a scooter under 30 pounds that had a good suspension and some LED lighting for visibility, don't need super fast or super long range, my m365 never used more than half the battery on any given day and averaged 7-8mph scooting and walking around downtown san diego, all these new scooters are too fast and seem more for off road or long flat long commutes not for street walking
@@allenfsanchez9572 id say the Emove cruiser. Its not too expensive, its got nearly 100km range on one charge, 25mph, dual suspension and hydraulic brakes and its basically completely waterproof. Electric Scooter Guide Personally I found it pretty natural. I prefer someone reading (and this was done in a natural way) than someone talking with many hesitations and less organized speech.
It depends on how fast you ride. The faster you go, the shorter your ride will be because the scooter needs more power per mile when riding fast. Typically we think of range in terms of distance rather than time.
Xiaomi has the worst breakdown rate of all scooters. It's a terrible Chinese product that has given its owners nothing but regret. Pick the E-twow / U scooter Booster instead. You'll be grateful you did!

@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide i have an m365 with over 2600 miles on it but want a pro now, why are they not selling it in the US do you know? I don't like the 40 pound scooters, I like them under 30 pounds, i know m365 is 27 and the pro 31, that's a good weight, don't need endless range, they are too bulky and heavy to carry around ...
@@allenfsanchez9572 theres much, much better scooters than the m365 pro out there. And lots of them.
@@keelobrown4991 name me one, the best one
@@allenfsanchez9572 id say the Emove cruiser. Its not too expensive, its got nearly 100km range on one charge, 25mph, dual suspension and hydraulic brakes and its basically completely waterproof. It weighs 5kg more than the xioami though which isnt too much. A smaller, cheaper version of the scooter you can get to, called the Emove touring. I dont know the specs on that one though but i know its better than the xioami. Another you can look for at similar price as xioami is the zero 9.
sorry but i delved into e-scooter market to soon. an o.k. scooter e.g. portability- weight. cons no suspension, crap at climbing steep hills, speed capped at 25kmh or 15.5 mph and not waterproof. spend more money on zero, kaboo or nanrobot.
Did you buy a Xiaomi?
Hack the pro! Hack the max!
Hack the Planet!
Thanks for the video. Perhaps a less awkward position in front of the camera, and rehearsing the text instead of reading it, or reading it without trying to look at the camera would look better.
Cheers
Thanks for the feedback. This video was actually made a couple weeks ago, it just took a while to edit. The Nanrobot and Unagi ruclips.net/video/6HZtytpbyTw/видео.html full review videos hopefully got better! The script for this one is a bit long -- 15 pages, so no chance to memorize, but we now have a better method for getting my eyes on the camera. We're trying to get better each videos so these comments help.
Electric Scooter Guide Personally I found it pretty natural. I prefer someone reading (and this was done in a natural way) than someone talking with many hesitations and less organized speech.
I want this! Now where can I get it in Ontario, Canada? LOL
God, I hate changing the tire tubes on these M365's
Rather just buy a new scooter than have to change a tire! We got a flat during testing and I haven't had a chance to fix it yet.
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide It's the truth. I ended up throwing my M365 in the dumpster after I got my latest flat tire.
@@aragorn318 Noooo. You should have sold or donated it :(
Ajmal Kunnummal hes probably joking
I dont see this available in the U.S.
Nice good plss heart
How long does a ride last?
It depends on how fast you ride. The faster you go, the shorter your ride will be because the scooter needs more power per mile when riding fast. Typically we think of range in terms of distance rather than time.
U can make it go 35
I love my m365 Pro so much 😭
I clean it everyday 💛😂
No negatives? This is nice paid advertisement, not a review.
So your negative is that it lacks negatives. Great.
@@aaronh920 there is a LOT of negatives for this scooter believe me
Watch this at 1.25x speed.
i like to watch it at 1x speed but travel with my scooter @ 1.25x speed
hope that works for you too.
Why talk over music, really annoying
I'm supergratful for the review, but you made it so obvious you are reading from a script, this kind of ruined it for me. Great detail though.
Ewww... 😂 NO SUSPENSION OR SHOCK ABSORBER. and it is Low speed 🤣🤣🤣
U can’t lie it’s a clean looking scooter
You can make it go 35 kmh
And last u all day trus. G
Yea its annoying, after i upgraded to a better scooter i barely even look at this scooter anymore lol
Xiaomi has the worst breakdown rate of all scooters. It's a terrible Chinese product that has given its owners nothing but regret. Pick the E-twow / U scooter Booster instead. You'll be grateful you did!

@@IIISentorIII no they're right. Just look at horses. They are proven to live for potentially decades. I know which one I'm going with.
Agreed, problem after problem to the point where i dont evem use it anymore cos it just rinses my wallet getting it fixed all the time.
@@keelobrown4991 Just buy one of the NIU's
i didnt upgrade, instead i just spent 180 and bought a 350w front motor and the lcd display that the pro has
Very cool! Thanks for sharing. -Vosk
