    Judy, your video was an answer to prayer. I'm a clinical therapist working with clients who are struggling with this very thing. Thank you for the video and may God continue to bless your work.

    Yes! Thanks for saying this even though it could negatively affect your viewing numbers. That just shows your sincerity in healing everyone so that we will no longer need to spend endless hours looking for a cure/healing and actually get on with thriving. Am going to take more vacations from negative input consumption. I definitely needed this reminder.

      Thanks for saying that. Yes, I know that full well (and even the content I choose to share). But 'my why' is bigger than numbers and popularity. ❤ Focus on healing and things that will bring you healing. ❤

      I've done the thing with bees and wasps. I've had horrendous stings from wasps and a few from bees. I've been gardening right in amongst them for some time. I emanate good thoughts toward them and there's been zero feelings of threat. Works for me!

    Judy, this is the best video out of all carnivore videos and topics I have ever watched. I am in the process of reaching out to God and forgiving those who hurt me....

    • @NutritionwithJudy
      @NutritionwithJudy  Месяц назад +1

      Forgiveness is a difficult topic. Oftentimes we forgive for our own healing and not because the other necessarily deserves it. That doesn't mean we need to let them in our lives again, but forgiving to heal is so purposeful. It takes so much more energy to keep the anger and not forgive... Take care of yourself and have grace for yourself. ❤

I discovered your channel about a year ago at most when I finally realized trying to medicate my way out of chronic conditions isn't going to work for me and I need other ways. I live in a family of 5 and 4 of us have at least one chronic issue and one prescription drug.

I’m so tired of being sick all the time how do I find a happy medium. Constantly reading, watching RUclips videos trying to search for the truth.

      its definitely no easy! i dont think that is what is being implied though here... what matters most i think is the willingness to forgive & that often starts by understanding how harmful harboring unforgiveness can be

  • @Albruna_USA

    "Forgiveness" is a horrific demand to make on people who've suffered at the hands of others. It is entirely possible to LET GO of stored traumatic response without "forgiving" anyone or anything. To forgive is to invalidate one's own experience and compounds the effects of abuse. It makes YOU guilty of reacting to abuse, so now you have to beat yourself up for reacting on top of beating yourself up for being sick. Screw that. Forgiveness is not necessary to let go and move on.

      no, that's not what we share at all. While this article isn't comprehensive, it shares some info: www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/forgiveness-your-health-depends-on-it

    • @Albruna_USA
      @Albruna_USA Месяц назад +1

      @NutritionwithJudy "forgiveness" puts far too much burden on an already overwhelmed system. It is a free pass for abusers to continue abusing. It is a threat of further punishment for the person who forsnt forgive. Forgiveness is not the same as letting go. Please see the work of Dr David Hawkins in his book "letting go."

      I’m a beekeeper and a carnivore so I no longer eat the honey but I always get excited to see my girls (the worker bees) out and about - they bring me joy not fear - just got to get the rest of my thoughts shining in a positive light - thanks Judy!!

      Stay angry stay a victim then...🤷‍♀️ stay sick then youve made your choice

    • @Albruna_USA
      @Albruna_USA Месяц назад

      @ninawildr4207 I have made a tremendous amount of progress once I understood that my religious upbringing and its demand to constantly forgive my abusers, as Jesus forgives seventy times seven, was the chain that kept me bound to the abuse. Once I learned that I do not have to forgive anything, that instead I can turn my back on all of it and let go without forgiving anyone or anything, including the demand to forgive, that is when I started to have the energy to address my health issues.
      I'm sure I'm not the only one who watches Judy's content who has suffered religious abuse. To hear her say that we have to forgive or else we'll stay sick is exactly the same as hearing that I will burn in hell if I don't forgive my abusers and go give them a hug again and again and again forever.
      To anyone else who finds it impossible to forgive: you don't have to, and you will not be punished with further sickness if you don't. You really can LET GO and move on without forgiving anyone or anything. Please see the work of Dr David Hawkins in his book "Letting Go."
