Very interesting, I'm not sure if I can grow coconut tree where I live, but I love to plant a couples of them, that would be really nice ☘🌿🍃🌱🌴👍
If you grow a coconut in a small pot and keep the coconut most of the way out of the soil, you can grow a coconut tree as a bonsai.
There are RUclips videos that teach you how to grow them as bonsai trees.

#2. You didn't say/write how many years from planting to fruiting...

NaCl. In kerala coconut is watered with sea water. I am not sure though I'd it is necessary. In bengal coconut grow well without salt.

Don't use a plastic bag. Use a paper one. The only purpose the bag has is to hold the salt in place so the salt can help the coconut tree grow. The paper bag will still hold the salt in place, but will also be better for the environment.

A dwarf coconut has only 30 years of life time and it also give fruit at the age of 3 years old. Unlike the other variety of of coconut that give fruit at the age of 8 to 10 years old, this type of coconut could give you long years of production.
