I've had really good luck with the Pathfinder A/T tires from Discount tire. It's their house brand, but they're made by Hankook. Super durable, have been reliable for the last 20k miles and I tow here and there. I paid less than $900 out the door. Rotate them as necessary and you'll be set for at least 50,000 miles. Highly recommend.

I just had a set of Nokian Outpost AT tires, 275-60-20, put on my Chevy Silverado. I paid just under $1000 complete. I chose them because they are not too aggressive, offer a low rolling resistance for an AT tire, are reported to ride smoothly and quietly, and have the 3 peak rating. Not enough miles on them to offer more of an opinion than that. But I have had Nokian WRG2 SUV tires on my Honda CRV and they performed great. So time will tell.

@@breakinstuffandlikingit6821 so far so good. Just a small amount of road noise. Quite smooth riding. They handle well and have been good in the limited amount of snow we have had so far this year. I would buy them again.

I appreciate you reviewing the 265/70R17 size since that's what came on my F150 4x4 Off Road and I like them. I'm running the BFG Trail Terrain and I really like them. I think the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 is a "Best Buy" in this category at the moment at about $202 per tire.
Also mention: Firestone Destination A/T2. An excellent tire also for commute or work and weekend adventures.

Falkens look good but have not been as good as KO2's for me. I was disappointed with the Falkens. Mine are worn out at 31,000 plus showing some dry rot as well. Falkens are great in the snow but pick up nails worse than KO2's. Either going back to KO2's or trying something different like Toyo's.

I just got rid of a set of the Radar Renegade AT Pro with less than 3k miles. The two nails in the coffin was 1. the tires shaking - even perfectly balanced they shook like crazy. 2. They are at an insanity level with picking up stones and only throwing them at highway speeds, or not releasing at all.
If they didn't have carcass issues that result in a very shaky ride and were only used on-road & never near any rocks or gravel, they would be a decent tire for the price. But at the end of the day, they're cheap tires for a reason.

$1000 dollars for a set of tires mounted and balanced that won't last 3 years nowadays is a joke. So why the hell are 18in and 20in tires more expensive than 15in or 16in tires? It's less rubber, less product and material used, so shouldn't the 20in tires be cheaper!!!!!???? Now 10 years ago companies said it was because they weren't popular yet and 20s were more of a special option. Well thats not the case now days. You can't tell me 20s are not popular with most half ton trucks coming with factory 20s and 50 percent 3/4 ton trucks to. So what's the bull shit reasoning?
