I quite honestly think you will love north Luzon, both for the Mt. Apo here and the way you talk about north Vietnam. Treks and motorcycles, rice terraces, pine forests and rainforests, caves and hanging coffins and mummies and sea of clouds, and waterfalls and hot springs. If you stay long, there's amazing karst landscapes and white sand beaches and whitewater rafting further north where very few tourists go.
If you do go to Donsol and Mayon in Bicol, add Calaguas and Caramoan, Caramoan has similar landscapes and seascapes to El Nido but much less touristy and has a more adventure flavour with rock climbing, rappelling, spelunking, etc. Calaguas is Boracay beach without the party side, just an insanely good beach.
Lastly, scuba diving. The only place with better scuba diving than the Philippines is Eastern Indonesia, but I'm also waiting for an Indonesian adventure. Tubbataha is very good, but quite expensive and has a waitlist. Apo Reef (in Mindoro but diveable from Coron) is Tubbataha lite. Anilao, Puerto Galera, Verde Island is a macro area but especially geared for critter hunting photographers. Bohol and Apo Island are great spots that have a more general appeal, Sogod Bay is off the beaten track but an alternative also for Donsol for whale shark sightings.
Other less touristy explorable islands include Siquijor, Camiguin, Romblon.

When are you visiting the Philippines? Just ready your camera and laptop and start posting videos. You are already a vlogger so video editing is not a problem for you. You will have far greater audience in the Philippines than what you have in Albania now. Just don't forget to smile and be respectful and you are going to make a lot of friends.

@@eagledon 10 days visa! I didn't know there is such a thing. 😂 Anyway, I think you can always extend your visa once you are in the Philippines. Just for precaution, you can confirm the visa extension with the embassy. From what I know, the visa can be extended up to 3 years (not in one long visa extension though but multiple visa extensions) before a tourist has to leave the Philippines and restart the whole process again.

Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located at the heart of the Sulu Sea. The park is 150 kilometers (93.2 miles) southeast of Puerto Princesa City in Palawan. Scuba divers may only be able to visit Tubbataha during its dive season from mid-March to mid-June when its waters are glass flat, the skies are clear, and water visibility of about 30 to 45 meters. You need to be at least Advanced Open Water or equivalent - minimum 30 logged dives - comfortable in currents 6 nights.

And you are transparent if ever things are challenging for you. Can't wait for your next series. *Consider visiting **_Batanes,_** the northermost island of the Philippines. And then **_Zamboanga,_** the so-called “Asia’s Latin Town”. And then **_Pampanga_** and experience first-hand why it’s dubbed as the Philippines “Culinary Capital”.*

Oslob is actually really cool. Not so much for the whale sharks (they attract them with chum), but for Sumilon Island about a mile off shore and also Tumolog Falls.
