Better not let Kyle meet this young lady driver - he might convince her to buy a Taycan 😂😂😂 The car and her drifting skills are amazing, thanks for sharing with us, Dave 👍
Kick ass car. Not a ford guy but this could do it. Have to get custom seats. I’m about same weight but 6 inches shorter. Great program. Miss shift has no RUclips channel but she is on Instagram and Twitter.
Very exciting. If you enjoy track driving, experience driving super cars at Exotic Racing of Las Vegas. Drive a Lamborghini, Ferrari, Maserati, Aston Martin, McLaren, or other around track multiple times at 120 mph. A professional driver in passenger seat will show you how to drift in turns. Do not eat for 5 hours before this stomach twisting adventure.
So I got to ride in my buddy's new Model 3 rear drive. I don't know Dave, but I might become a two-car family, but I do want to see what the Highland has to offer first (actual Highland, not rumor-mill Highland).
Interesting but doesn’t seem very sophisticated. 7 motors?? Complicated charging… Hyundai seems to have done much better with the Ioniq 5 N. Hope you get the chance to check it out and compare.
This is a one-of-a-kind demonstrator for events, not something that will ever be produced or sold, so can't be compared to production cars. They took an empty Mach-E body and put race car guts in it. The actual production Mach-E has one or two motors and the charging works normally.
@@TechnicalLee Thanks, I understood this from the video but I don’t see how this artificial setup will bring any learnings for the development of street cars. Adequate cooling and heating of the battery are a challenge for many manufacturers and unless you develop a great system for this inside the car, nothing can be learned. The overload of motors is also not relevant for street cars but maybe for racing cars.
I really enjoy yours and the whole Out of Spec group EV videos. I find them very reassuring and informative on the EV world.

Outstanding videos from this event!
Great video, Dave! Never thought I'd see a drift brake in the Mach-e.
one of the best vids youve done!
Great video, and not a single word about Tesla. How refreshing! Thanks!
OMG Dave what a coup of a video. You definitely one up Kyle, he thought he was a bad ass in the Twizy. Let's see him holding on in the 1400 lol
That looks like so much fun!
Great video with technical insights. And a young lady making your head spin 😂
elelctric cars rule, upvoted!!!
This is so awesome

She's not shy to show off her goods, and the car.

Wow. The girl knew how to drive!
Love Her
Really good to see female representation in the Motorsport world. Thanks Dave for showcasing.
When is Kyle going to get one?

It just shows what EVs can do. I don't see this as something that should be used to inform what road-legal vehicles should do.
