Similarly a game involving serve and volley, sliced defense from baselines, artistic pick up shots, unbelievable drop shots and occasional passing shots might seem too cute and non complicated to some and pleasing to others.. But you still marvel at Novak's returns and his overall game, just don't find it aesthetic to watch or emulate.... I don't like Rafa's game though.. It's not even near to Fed or Novak in quality.. It's the fighting spirit and sheer audacious shots which wins him titles. I would rate him third after Fed and Novak.. Just a personal opinion, no offense..

Of course, djokovic is on track to prove to the history books that he is the GOAT...he just hasn't quite done it yet. - Getting most weeks at #1 would be a good start and would at least allow us to make the argument that he's the GOAT. But grand slam count would seal the deal. He's definitely on track, especially with federer almost certainly retiring within the next couple years. Nadal might not be far behind, considering his history of injuries. This is completely fair too, because Nadal and Federer accrued many of their accomplishments before djokovic reached his prime, so its only fair that djokovic can catch up after the other two leave their primes. However, we can't just give djokovic credit for things he hasn't done yet. He has to actually do it, and its not such a sure thing. He could get injured, or new players could hit THEIR primes and be able to start blocking djokovic's grand slam accumulation. - The race still needs to be finished. Federer is currently in the lead.
