thats a loser mentality which is why Nick never achieved very much at all. Why do something if you are not 100% committed? This shit attitude and an absolute lack of seriousness is what has costed him his carrier.
With giants like Federer, RaFa and Murray coming down due to their age, he could've easily made his way to the top.
No hate to the man or anything.
But having skills or physical fitness alone never was, and never is enough.
The mindset is what seperates the best from the rest.
Look at Djokovic. Dude was tanking bad.
But because he never gives up, and fights tirelessly and endlessly, he came back.

Like him or loathe him you have to admit he is a character. @ 6:56 when he threw his water at the umpires chair all I could think of was that the more he said “it slipped out of my hand” the more HE believed it, and that is one of the times that he was just being a bad sportsman, the umpire knew he was lying, as did everyone else in the court and he should stop throwing his teddy’s out of the cot and GROW UP, “definitely”.

Mentally weak though. Fobs his failures off as being down to laziness. If he had that much talent he would have won something by now.
