I'm pretty sure she meant everything as a joke an ironic joke or whatever. Love this!! Thanks, Kristina! Years ago when my kids were babies, I was actually a guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show to defend breast-feeding in public. I was speaking to Oprah about it when I suddenly held my hands up in front of my breasts and said simply, “But that’s what they’re for!!” And the audience clapped in agreement. And I agree with all the excellent and funny points Kristina made in her video. It’s a crime that even still today, breast-feeding in public continues to be controversial. It’s ridiculous.
My girlfriend breastfeeds , when our daughter was born the nurses at the hospital kept harrasing about giving her formula, and i was about to loose my cool over that, thinking on how can somebody a nurse or a doctor who studied biology and human anatomy and what body part works for and how try to keep pushing on that we have to totally as if it were a law of nature resort to using factory made products to feed our baby.
+zabriel velazquez Hi, I had the same feelings after I delivered my baby. I had no problems with breastfeeding, but somehow nurses kept offering formula to me until I raised the tone of my voice and said they can leave my baby alone and mind their own business. Another girl had a lot of difficulties and asked for a help but nurses didn't even try to help. They simply said 'Well, your baby is lazy. Give him some formula.' I was fuming.
that's infuriating! they should try to help in the first place, they should suport mother with BF, formula really should be the last choice! i've bee through similar attitude though. not exactly discouraging, but not overly supporting my breastfeeding. i just happened to be lucky and when luck was gone, i found info myself, how to make milk running again, and thanks god it didn't stopped for mext three years. but people were looking at me like i'm from Mars, when i said that i'm still breastfeeding 3 yo daughter . imho 6 months is a minimum, that every mother should try to keep, unless severe medical condition occurs, but how long i do it after that, is really nobody's business..
Wow I thought most hospitals had lactation consultants these days to help you get started breastfeeding and answer any questions you have. Those nurses are idiots.
With 8 children I ended up breastfeeding almost 19 years of my life. Some nursed a few months but as I grew in confidence knowing what I was doing was bringing a closeness not shared any other way. I was able to continue breastfeeding each of my younger children until we both were ready for the separation. Sad was the day my youngest child was weaned and I cried knowing this relationship I had nursing was no more.
I remember my mom breastfeeding my youngest sister, and a man came up to her in the middle of it and started talking to her in wal-mart. He didn't realize she was was breastfeeding till about 20 min in. It is natural, people need to get over it. Also, I have had friends with babies that would push the cover off, faster than they could put it on.
Haha thank you so much for this! I’m a new mom and trying to work up the courage to try breastfeeding in public but I’m so nervous and scared. Your satire helped a lot. I hope I can be brave enough to put my baby’s needs before others insecurities.
HUMOROUSLY EXPRESSED. This is definitely an issue deserving of serious lip service! I'm on Teal's side (at the moment) on this and doubling my efforts to expose the villains.. perpetrating this injustice.
My lord the ignorance and immaturity in these comments... Feeding a hungry baby is not the same as a guy jerking off. Only a man would say you can just pump when none of them would know how difficult that is to do when you have a million other things to do when taking care of a baby. Sometimes a mom who is up all night with her baby needs to nap with her baby.. Pumping enough milk for multiple feedings can take hours. All I say if your uncomfortable with a mother breastfeeding, get over it and look away. A mother is feeding her baby not trying to hurt anyone.
I am not a mother but can completely appreciate this video. It cracks me up every time I watch it. I love your videos and I am now officially subscribed! Can't wait to experience more of your genius! :)
So glad I watched this first lol , I was about to go crazy and tell her to shut up , but nope I totally agree with the message behind this video !! Breast feeding is totally normal !! It's a beautiful thing !
I COULD NOT stop laughing! this is truly amazing. I thought clicking on this I would have to write a comment on why woman SHOULD be able to breastfeed in public, but you did an amazing job!
At first I was really pissed but then I realized that you were actually supporting breast feeding in public so I calmed down and thank you for being a decent human being
I love this, I wish everyone understood it's not some horrible, sexual act we're doing in public. It's extremely healthy for my little one.. being berated for looking out for the best for my cold is extremely stressful.
Breastfeeding in public is legal in every state, so if someone makes an issue of it, tell them you're not breaking any law, but harassment IS against the law (I know, I know...they most likely won't get arrested for it unless they threaten you, but it's a good retort). Loved this video, Kristina!
I love the title you chose. And this video is wonderful like all of the other ones you do. Thanks for being you and for being so so relatable and hilarious. I’m a mama of 3 and I honestly feel like I’m listening to myself half the time I’m watching your videos. 😂❤️❤️❤️
Great video! I once saw another video of a social experiment where they set up two women on a sidewalk bench: one breastfeeding her baby and another wearing a very revealing top, both sitting next to each other. Passers-by gave the breastfeeding woman so much flak and said hardly anything to the other woman. I’m not even a mom and was so infuriated.
This is brilliant, Kristina, thank you!!! I'd like to share it on my page here so I can add subtitles in Portuguese (to Brazil), is it ok? Of course keeping all the references to you!
@@KristinaKuzmic thanks for supporting breastfeeding moms and helping them to laugh....I breast fed my son for as long as I could, but sadly, he wasn't gaining weight and would projectile vomit after most feedings. Ultimately, I was forced to cease breastfeeding and switch to formula. I felt so heartbroken and felt like a loser failure mama. But I was happy when he began to regain weight and that made me feel so much better.
IF YOU ARE AGAINST BREASTFEEDING, GO TO YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT, GET YOUR FAVORITE MEAL, AND LET IT SIT IN FRONT OF YOU FOR HOURS, THEN GO TO THE STINKY BATHROOM TO EAT IT WITH PEOPLE STARING AT YOU. Are you against it now? Ps i love this video XD
I breastfed my 2 kiddos anywhere and everywhere. I nursed one for 27 months and one for 24 months. I never had any issues with people freaking out or being bothered by me. I live in Texas (USA). I do wish more people would consider it the norm though.
Saw this video on one of those fb pages that steal content. I liked your video so much that I tried to find it on youtube so it could actually get a like and a view from me
This is so good THANK YOU! I'm curently onto nursing baby #4! So far each kid nursed till around 3 1/2 and I've tandem nursed 3 different sets! (Baby 1 & 2, then 2 & 3, and now 3 & 4). All my kiddos average 2 years apart so tandem nursing just came naturally. So that means I've been nursing for 7 years solid. Even if I nurse for a whole decade that is such a tiny blip on the radar of life. It's worth every second and I'm so thankful I have the ability to do this.
Breastfeeding in public is totally okay! As a man, I'll go ahead and say I've never felt tempted to look at a woman's breast on purpose if she didn't want me to (honestly you're just feeding your kid) and I would NEVER dare to tell someone to stop! In the Philippines, it's considered 100% normal to feed your baby in public, so like, LEARN YOUR STUFF AMERICA
How did you not understand that this video is sarcastic and that she's actually pro-breastfeeding and standing up for breastfeeding moms? Seriously. Watch again please. SMH
Several years ago. I was video taping our local reserve unit returning home from the war. I was video taping everything around me. I put the camera down for a second and turned to see a woman breastfeeding. Not completely covered. I was startled and the woman just looked up at me and smiled.. lol Nice video.
It's an intimate, private, sensitive thing that naturally makes a lot of ppl very uncomfortable. But ladies nowadays could care less about being considerate or diginfied
Oh how I wish we had this kind of clarity when I had my babies. I did all of those hiding techniques. The only ones who oogled at my breastfeeding were old women who said, "Oh, don't forget these days with your babies...they grow up so fast!" I took that to heart, and damn, my daughters grew up...zip dang...
EmeraldCore Are you commenting on the video or the negative comments? The video is PRO-BREASTFEEDING! You might want to actually watch before commenting.
+Jeff Adams If you feed your shit and your sperm to your child (and your child can survive on that alone for at least 6 months of his/her life), then yes, go ahead, do it in public. What a dumbass comparison to breastfeeding, Jeff! You've got to be smarter than that.
Love this video, Kristina! You crack me up. My 5th and last child just finished nursing and I'm going to miss that time in my life. I have 3 boys who are my oldest and two girls. I didn't cover up around them in hopes that I can help raise a generation of men who won't freak out at the sight of women breastfeeding. In public, I would be as discreet as possible while realizing not everyone was raised the same, but hopefully things will change over time. It's strange to see comments that indicate people feel like breastfeeding is a sexual act. Or suggestions that a woman should pump and bring bottles. Pumping never worked well for me and then you have to remember to pack those things. You can forget to pack the bottle or extra milk, but no woman can forget to bring her boobs. 😄 I had a situation where the storage bag leaked and that sucked.
So funny. I breastfeed in public when I have to, but my breasts aren't even visible, as I'm wearing a shirt or two, so it's not offensive. And even if more of my breasts were visible - that's perfectly okay, and even really good, because we nourish our babies in the best way for them. The amazon prime part was gold.
I love your post! It's awesome! Speaking from a mom who wished to be able to provide enough milk for my kids (I was told after #3 was born by a lactation consultant [& a mammogram 6 years after #3 was born to confirm the lactating consultants findings] I could NEVER provide enough milk to fill my babies tummies. I don't get embarrassed by the moms being able to provide for their child in public. I feel jealous. Plain and simple. All I could provide for my kids was colostrum. That never dried out. So as much as they wanted to nurse (with supplements of formula) I gave as much as I could to keep them healthy. I still love your video.
Kristin, Can we share your video on our New Jersey Breastfeeding Coalition webpage with credit? It will be included in a blog post about public breastfeeding. Here is link for our website, breastfeedingnj.org. Thanks, Casi
I had no idea this was a real thing until my co-worker said that she was escorted by hand by older men out of court while she was there for an appointment. They chastised her saying "would you do that in church??" I am so lucky to have been raised in a community where all things natural are accepted and encouraged. At church the ladies had a special corner with a couch so they could comfortably nurse their kids. Everybody was exposed to it and applauded it
what wrong here is that society has turned the natural into the weird and thus unnatural. Having been a nurse for twenty years i can celebrate the natural as i see the broken body, the trama of accidents as what's actually unnatural. besides the only breasts that get me excited belong to my wife!!!
Jonathan Ouwens yes, as long as they don't cause problems for others, they are fine. I am sure a muslim covered in black sheets from head to toe would find a girl in a bathing suite shocking. Hey, it's a free country. If you are afraid you might see something when you step out of your house, then stay in your house, or find another country to call home.
Hahaha, I totally love your sarcasm! I used to do the blanket over the head too, or go sit on a toilet seat to breastfeed ( back in the 90's there weren't many options ) I sure would do it differently now.
I am confused! is this video making fun of those people that find breastfeeding in public wrong or does this lady really believe in not breastfeeding in public
+Kristina Kuzmic oh my. From the moment I saw the title I was upset then I heard the reasons and started thinking if you were joking or not but you acting was very well done
As a heterosexual man, I want to let it be known by all that not all of us are offended or titillated (no pun) by the sight of a woman breast feeding in public. It's what those things are for, after all. What mine are for, I'll never know.
So awesome!!! It's amazing that there is even a debate. My favorite was when you were eating under a cover because that is not claustrophobic at all! :)
This is AWESOME!!! The funny thing is, when I had my first child in '98, people had no problem with me walking around the mall, chilling in the theatre, or sitting in a restaurant breastfeeding my son! I blame Victoria's Secret! Now boobs have been permanently categorized as accessories & the thought that they serve any other purpose is outlandish!
Epic! I loved it! just perfect! Laughed so much and so hard! My baby is 5 now, but I TITally get it, even though I´m not breastfeeding right now. It´s boobs, it´s what they do, get over it people!
The other day I almost got an upset stomach when I saw a mom walking her kids into McDonalds. Feeding your children is gross, whats so hard to understand about that?
The last time I breastfed was 25 years ago...I had the same experiences then and had hoped by now America would have gotten a clue. Your sarcasm is on point😂
This is great! I'll admit it does make me uncomfortable when I happen to see very confident mamas breastfeeding completely uncovered, but I wasn't taught to feel differently. I hope to bring up my children to be respectful and not give it a second thought when they see moms feeding their babies. :)
I have heard a lot of excuses for why women must breast feed in public. My child is hungry now and I can't wait to find private place. It is part of the natural order of things! Child birth is also a natural thing. So lets imagine for a minute ladies your nine months pregnant and your in public. All of the sudden your water breaks, you call 911. The EMTs arrive but it's to late to make it to the hospital. So do you have the baby all natural in public or in the back of the ambulance with the doors closed for privacy? Another thing would you want the delivery room in the hospital to have a huge window so other people walking by could see you giving birth? I suspect the answer to both question would be that you want privacy! So even though birth is a natural thing you want it private but breast feeding is ok in public? Your whole natural agreement just went out the window!
Since you will never go through childbirth, you don't understand and therefore your comment is idiotic. If everyone wants to stand around looking at a mother giving birth, I guarantee you the woman won't give a shit because she has more important things to think about. Same with breastfeeding. You wanna stare, go for it. My baby takes precedence over your opinion.
My point was that there are alot of things that are natural. That doesn't mean they should be taking place in public. For example sex, urinating and bowel movements are all natural but should be done in private!
***** Breastfeeding equates to feeding a baby. The baby suckles the nipple to receive milk, it's not the same as a dick being rammed in and out of an orifice in order for adults to be sexually stimulated- the acts are completely different. Bodily fluids sprayed from genitalia (or the butt, if you like having your back door visited) do not equate to breast milk. People yelling 'fuck me' are not the same as a baby crying to be fed. A baby being fed will not create a mess, sexual odor, loud noises, and won't spread disease. Feeding a baby in a booth at a restaurant disturbs nobody. Fucking someone in a booth at a restaurant will ruin everyone's day. Or, do you want to mop up a stranger's jizz?
This is AMAZING!!! I can't believe anyone would want to deny a hungry baby, or an opportunity to create a mother-baby bond, or one of the most natural things in the world. Thanks for making this awesome video!!
+Cyanide Scorpio pretty sure you're just trying to get responses lol but if you're serious, bottle feeding actually isn't cheap. A good pump can cost well over $300, bottles are never a sure thing if baby will like the brand you bought, I've seen people spend well over a grand on different types of bottles, then you have to buy milk storage bags, if you have a large family you probably don't have extra freezer space so you'll need a spare freezer to. Only pumping can also cause supply issues which if your supply dries up you are looking at thousands of dollars in formula or done milk costs. Breastmilk from the tap is always fresh, always the right temp, offers comfort, and takes no time to prepare nor does it bulk up your diaper bag. When my youngest (who is almost two and still nursing) was in diapers, I had a very small diaper bag that contained a few diapers, travel wipe case, spare onsie. That was it lol I much prefer that then hauling water, bottles, cold packs, etc around.
+Cyanide Scorpio Breast-feeding straight out of the breast has to be a lot more calming and it makes the baby feel safer. It's laying there on its mothers chest, the place baby's go right after they're born, wrapped in a blanket, all while being fed.
+Joanie Zavala Why does everything need to be top of the line? Those people who spent that much are idiots who are in desperate need of a Jew. And yeah, kinda lookin to see how people react...
Breastfeeding in public happens sometimes. I did it, although for personal preference I tended to feed just before leaving home or excused myself to less crowded areas. However, it was never necessary to expose my entire breast to world just to feed my baby. The two shirt method is perfect.
Thanks Kristina. Now I can paint my walls this pleasing color so anyone breastfeeding has a safe place to do so without going outside and offending the public. LOL
At first, I clicked this video to chastise you, but once I heard how wonderfully sarcastic you were, all I could do was sit back and laugh 😂. You're amazing, SUBSCRIBE! 💪🔥

Oh.. Kristina was being sarcastic, here? I thought she was being serious!
Good for you, telling them to back off.
Wonderful!
Very awesome
"Put your boobs away ladies, unless they're dairy free then show them off" lol best line.
I am not a mother but can completely appreciate this video. It cracks me up every time I watch it. I love your videos and I am now officially subscribed! Can't wait to experience more of your genius! :)
You just took everything the people opposed to breastfeeding just argued and threw it back it their faces; love it!! You are *awesome*!!! ^o^
I love it!! and with #3 When I have a baby I will breast feed In public but I wont steal husbands, I'll take the wives. 😜
👌👌Noice frendo xD
Sneaky!! lol
OK, I was about to rage at this video, until I actually watched it and realized the satire behind it xD Good one, props from a passer by :)
Omg me too
So glad I watched this first lol , I was about to go crazy and tell her to shut up , but nope I totally agree with the message behind this video !! Breast feeding is totally normal !! It's a beautiful thing !
I COULD NOT stop laughing! this is truly amazing. I thought clicking on this I would have to write a comment on why woman SHOULD be able to breastfeed in public, but you did an amazing job!
At first I was really pissed but then I realized that you were actually supporting breast feeding in public so I calmed down and thank you for being a decent human being
Great video! Thanks for the info. On another topic I really love the color of the walls. You wouldn't happen to know the color and paint brand.
William Smith The color is Berg CL 2882M, from Frazee paints but I think Frazee got bought out by Sherwin Williams.
Im dying laughing!! Can I please share this on my FB page?
Ciarra Burton Of course!
+Kristina Kuzmic your no mom
Maybe...... might need to get it checked.... Have you ever breastfed?
If you didn't see the funny side to this video, your funny bone is definitely broken.
Love this! We'd like to share it on our Facebook page if that's cool with you? Thanks for the laughs! ;)
BabyLeague Of course! I'd love it if you shared it.
Using this in my women's and gender studies class-love it!
She's being sarcastic guys!
I love this, I wish everyone understood it's not some horrible, sexual act we're doing in public. It's extremely healthy for my little one.. being berated for looking out for the best for my cold is extremely stressful.
I thought you were serious to start with and then ending up laughing so hard 😂 I love the clip where your eating with a cover on your head hahaha
Breastfeeding in public is legal in every state, so if someone makes an issue of it, tell them you're not breaking any law, but harassment IS against the law (I know, I know...they most likely won't get arrested for it unless they threaten you, but it's a good retort).
Loved this video, Kristina!
"Unless they are dairy-free" LOL!!
I love the title you chose. And this video is wonderful like all of the other ones you do. Thanks for being you and for being so so relatable and hilarious. I’m a mama of 3 and I honestly feel like I’m listening to myself half the time I’m watching your videos. 😂❤️❤️❤️
You have some sarcasm on your lip :P
Omg, this is so accurate! I'm laughing but it also makes me sad that anyone can really have a problem with public breastfeeding.
The logic in this video is valid. Thank you for sharing your wisdom via entertaining sarcasm =)
Alma Mater Sure!
Feeding or child is a natural thing to do. Anywhere anytime. if you get offended then it many you fault.
Omg I couldn't stop laughing! I was so prepared to feel sad but you made my day! Thank you :)
Saw this video on one of those fb pages that steal content. I liked your video so much that I tried to find it on youtube so it could actually get a like and a view from me
#5 - What if it's really, really cold out? You could put your baby's eye out!
Funny but wrong dude.
I have no clue how come your channel hasn't gone viral! You're hilarious!
Breastfeeding mama talk brought me here to subscribe :) this one was hilarious!
YaMaha Rav
Watch the video again and understand that she is being sarcastic.
I was startled and the woman just looked up at me and smiled.. lol
Nice video.
Sarcasm at it's finest!
It's an intimate, private, sensitive thing that naturally makes a lot of ppl very uncomfortable. But ladies nowadays could care less about being considerate or diginfied
thank you so much for making this video!!
Phew, for a moment I thought this was going to be serious!! Excellent way to pass on the message.
I love this video! The part where she hurridly shovels the Amazon delivery into the house had me in stitches!
Are you serious? Breastfeeding is beautiful, it does not matter where you do it. It's a mom's job to feed her bloody child..
EmeraldCore Are you commenting on the video or the negative comments? The video is PRO-BREASTFEEDING! You might want to actually watch before commenting.
***** Apparently somebody forgot to remove the stick from their ass.
***** Are you ok when people eat in public?
***** Then why comment? No life much.
+Jeff Adams If you feed your shit and your sperm to your child (and your child can survive on that alone for at least 6 months of his/her life), then yes, go ahead, do it in public.
What a dumbass comparison to breastfeeding, Jeff! You've got to be smarter than that.
This video is intended to be sarcastic. I can't believe that some of you guys don't understand this.
I love this, the best thing on youtube yet! to sexualize breast instead of seeing them for what they really are for, is just sad and perverted.
FLAWLESS 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Kristina , do you mind if I upload this video to my page Breastfeeding Mama Talk on Facebook?? I will credit and link it back here. Let me know!
Kristy Kemp I would love it! Thanks so much for sharing this video!
Kristy Kemp Awesome thank you so much!!
Kristy Kemp Do you have a Facebook page or blog or something I can add with the credit?
Kristy Kemp My Facebook page is: facebook.com/KristinaKuzmic My website is: www.kristinakuzmic.com
Thanks so much!! Really appreciate this!
Binka21, I got permission from the content creator , but thank you for your concern. This is why I ask permission first. :)
Yes, just please post a link to my youtube channel. Thanks!
Thank you! We will do that.
This is a good video because she is so kind and sarcastic
Give people the choice, some people just think it's awkward, let them be.
Jonathan Ouwens Here we go again, presenting misogyny and harassment as "freedom of speech".
If you don't want to, you don't have to, right?
Jonathan Ouwens yes, as long as they don't cause problems for others, they are fine. I am sure a muslim covered in black sheets from head to toe would find a girl in a bathing suite shocking. Hey, it's a free country. If you are afraid you might see something when you step out of your house, then stay in your house, or find another country to call home.
Define misogyny and harassment in your own words.
I've been so nervous to breastfeed in public but this made me feel better about it, thank you!
I disliked this video but the i realised that she was joking
good for you to realist this. Dahhhh
The video is sarcastic. I'm mocking the ridiculous arguments people make against breastfeeding in public.
Your acting is so well done. Good for you.
+Kristina Kuzmic oh my. From the moment I saw the title I was upset then I heard the reasons and started thinking if you were joking or not but you acting was very well done
+Kristina Kuzmic good acting lol I fell for it
It is sarcasm. I read the description.
The trick with soup is to make sure it's gazpacho.
Can't. Stop. Laughing!
I absolutely died at the part where you shoved all those boxes inside the house hahaha
Epic! I loved it! just perfect!
Sarcasm detected
The last time I breastfed was 25 years ago...I had the same experiences then and had hoped by now America would have gotten a clue. Your sarcasm is on point😂
Is this Sarcasm? Coz it sounds like Sarcasm O.o
Renaldo Maclons ofcourse it is.
miclazy It's something #Archer use to say xD
It's called a bottle. Use it. And 3..2..1...
but why??? you have to pay for formual and bottles, when you can breastfeed for freeee
+Hazel 34342 Pumping. Into a bottle. Simple. If a person can't afford something so cheap and simple, that person should not be having babies.
I breastfed all my kids, but I admit I am offended by those who don't cover up... this video gave me a lot to think about. Thanks!
