Nintendo will always have more exclusives than Sony and Microsoft's platforms. However, Sony and Microsoft have a larger 3rd party backing. Exclusives are great, and Nintendo are responsible for a majority of the best exclusives ever, but they're missing out on a lot of great 3rd party titles.

I think the sheer fact that most of the games you listed are multi-platform really kind of shows that the Wii U library is very very poor in its current iteration.
So Uncharted,Gears of war,Halo,killzone,LittleBigPlanet,Sunset overdrive,Gran Turismo,Forza,The Order 1886 among others are multiplat? Nope. As per the Wii-U the multiplats it has are awful...developers don't bother putting the resources into them so they are typically laggier and look no better than 360 versions what VERY few the Wii-U even gets to begin with it has such a small third party library it's insane. As to the Video..Lego Marvel,Child of Light,Quacamelee,NFSMW,Assassins creed Black flag,Batman Arkham city,Rayman Legends,Shovel Knight,Disney infinity, and Steamworld Dig are ALL available on other platforms. And Wind waker HD is just an HD upscale of a game most people have already played. But still that's TEN of those games that are multiplatform poor versions there of at that.

Halo 4 was horrid, All Microsoft has is Halo thats a fact, and Bungie put them on the map with Halo, without Bungie, there is no reason to have an Xbox console lol. Killzone - More violence and guns.......how lovely.... LittleBigPlanet - I have nothing against it, but it's not a "AAA big blockbuster game" Sunset overdrive - Just Microsoft saying lets do something new! ADD COLOR to a shooter where you shoot zombie/mutants AGAIN. Gran Turismo - Realistic car game....boring...Project Cars beats it which is a multiplat. Forza - same as I said above. The Order 1886 - ANOTHER violent game thats more of a cinematic movie then a game, where for some reason the developers are once again color blind and only used black and grays in the game... So yeah, PS4 and Xbox One HAVE exclusives, but they blend together, you play 1 of them you've played all of them.

Mario is milked and over done, Zelda is not, its 1 new game every console, with a new artstyle, new Link, new world, temples, items characters so forth, where as Uncharted is the same thing ever time. My point was at least Nintendo games are all about BEING A DAMN VIDEO GAME and not a cinematic realistic game. I have all 3 of the next gen consoles. I played with my ps4 some and never picked it up again. Xbox one wasn't that great. But despite the wii u having the least games, it's still the one with the most value as it has the best quality games. Quality over quantity. I still play my wii u, unlike the ps4 and xbox one which i have no desire to pick up again.

I mainly play the PS4 I just got for the UFC game. That's one fun game and I can't seem to put it down. I have the Wii U as well and it's definitely worth the buy. It's a great console that is way underrated for sure. I like my PS4 but I like my Wii U even more.
And Donkey Kong Country bro, that is hands down the best platformer I've played in years. So challenging and really creative. MK8 is the best game to play with a group of friends. SSB is going to be crazy good times, as always. AND... The Legend of Zelda... coming out eventually... is going to make my balls blowup with excitement.

there are SO many upcoming Wii U Games like Bayonetta 2 (and 1), Hyrule Warriors, Splatoon, Star Fox U, Super Smash Bros. 4, Watch_Dogs, Yoshi's Wooly World, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Mario Maker, Zelda U and many more, I really hope this will allow Wii U haters to open there minds a little more and spend more time playing the games they have rather than bashing on Nintendo.

I haven't owned a new game system since the 16 bit era, but have been looking to get back into it. Which system between wii u, X box one and ps4 should I get? My favorite game series of all time was castlevania from back in the day if you'd like an idea of the kind of games I like. .I don't know much about the Nintendo system any more, last time I had one it was the Gamecube. an the WII U play old classic games like the first 6 Zelda games, Metroid 1-3 Mario? I know the system can't play the cartridges, I mean through Nintendo network for download. If so any idea what the average cost is per game? Also are games that were on ganeboy & 3ds available for download to play on the WII U?
Windwaker HD is such a glorious game. It's my favorite Wii U game so far, Don't get me wrong, MK8 is great, but well....waiting for the DLC next month to play it again lol. I played it so much I got burnt out, MK is meant to be played on and off through out a generation not non stop lol. Though Captain Toad will be my favorite Wii U game and favorite 8th gen game, till Starfox and Zelda next year.

The issue I have with this list isn't the fact that its a list for the Wii U, its the fact that a lot of these games are available on other consoles. Sure, you can say this about most consoles, but you can get the games on other systems where they are done better. Also, a lot of these games were panned on release. Like Zombi U and New Super Mario Bros U. I'm not dissing the Wii U, it has potential, but this "Top 25" list, to me, really does seem like a list of the Games on Wii U that are worth a damn.

I bought my Wii U at launch. In fact I was the very first guy in the store at Target to get one. Dead serious. Of course I got the Deluxe version which now is the only version. I love my Wii U. So many fun games whether they are multi-platform or exclusive. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 which was not on this list is a lot of fun to play with my friends. I really enjoy playing the multiplayer of Nintendo Land. The single player games are awesome too. The list goes on. There are too many games I really enjoy on it.

mariuane11 As much as I prefer Wii U, it's not true at all. Wii U has over 100 games while Ps4 is sitting at 300. The only thing those is that Nintendo has far better games in term of gameplay and consistency. You're gonna play the Last of Us once but you're most likely gonna play games like Smash and Mario Kart for freaking ever until another one comes out. (The Last of Us was awesome, it's just a matter of not having a great way to play it more than once, you finish the story and then you leave it to dust.)

I personally agree to this list. Super Mario 3D World is amazing, along with MarioKart 8. I'm getting a Wii U this April, and it's the bundle with New Super Mario Bros U, and New Super Luigi U, and Mario Kart 8 comes separate with it. I'M SO EXCITED.

Mass Effect 3 should be included. I'm a huge Mass Effect fan since I played the 2nd one on ps3. I finished the entire series countless times, and when I got my Wii U, I had to pick it up. Now I have 2 copies of Mass Effect 3. And I love it. Addictive multiplayer, BEAUTIFUL story.

Brunowsk Games 3D World was the successor to Galaxy, though it failed to surpass it, it simply matched it. It was just as good as Galaxy, but not better. 3D World is the ONLY main Mario game the Wii U will have, unless Nintendo wants to screw the 3D Mario games over with the "New" Super Mario Bros formula and milk it. We don't need any more Mario, frankly I hope the 9th gen console from Nintendo has NO Mario game. I'm sick of Mario.

I have all 3 of the next gen consoles. I played with my ps4 some and never picked it up again. Xbox one wasn't that great. But despite the wii u having the least games, it's still the one with the most value as it has the best quality games. Quality over quantity. I still play my wii u, unlike the ps4 and xbox one which i have no desire to pick up again.
I still play my Ps4, but my Wii U is the most played console in my house, all my friends love it, even my Non-Nintendo fan friends like it.

I mainly play the PS4 I just got for the UFC game. That's one fun game and I can't seem to put it down. I have the Wii U as well and it's definitely worth the buy. It's a great console that is way underrated for sure. I like my PS4 but I like my Wii U even more.

I haven't owned a new game system since the 16 bit era, but have been looking to get back into it. Which system between wii u, X box one and ps4 should I get? My favorite game series of all time was castlevania from back in the day if you'd like an idea of the kind of games I like. Are any of the old retro games available for download or would I be better off finding an old nes and sega on ebay skipping new stuff altogether?

Wind Waker Hd! It has an amazing art style and soundtrack combined with memorable characters, all topped of with the classic Zelda style adventure with a twist.
Personally I really like New Super Mario U, Sonic Lost World and am looking forward to Rodea the Sky Soldier.

.I don't know much about the Nintendo system any more, last time I had one it was the Gamecube. an the WII U play old classic games like the first 6 Zelda games, Metroid 1-3 Mario? I know the system can't play the cartridges, I mean through Nintendo network for download. If so any idea what the average cost is per game? Also are games that were on ganeboy & 3ds available for download to play on the WII U?
Windwaker HD is such a glorious game. It's my favorite Wii U game so far, Don't get me wrong, MK8 is great, but well....waiting for the DLC next month to play it again lol. I played it so much I got burnt out, MK is meant to be played on and off through out a generation not non stop lol. Though Captain Toad will be my favorite Wii U game and favorite 8th gen game, till Starfox and Zelda next year.

The issue I have with this list isn't the fact that its a list for the Wii U, its the fact that a lot of these games are available on other consoles. Sure, you can say this about most consoles, but you can get the games on other systems where they are done better.
Also, a lot of these games were panned on release. Like Zombi U and New Super Mario Bros U.
I'm not dissing the Wii U, it has potential, but this "Top 25" list, to me, really does seem like a list of the Games on Wii U that are worth a damn.

I bought my Wii U at launch. In fact I was the very first guy in the store at Target to get one. Dead serious. Of course I got the Deluxe version which now is the only version. I love my Wii U. So many fun games whether they are multi-platform or exclusive.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 which was not on this list is a lot of fun to play with my friends. I really enjoy playing the multiplayer of Nintendo Land. The single player games are awesome too. The list goes on. There are too many games I really enjoy on it.
Nintendo are finally getting to grips with dlc, looking forward to the November Mario Kart bundle and the May one too

mariuane11 As much as I prefer Wii U, it's not true at all. Wii U has over 100 games while Ps4 is sitting at 300. The only thing those is that Nintendo has far better games in term of gameplay and consistency. You're gonna play the Last of Us once but you're most likely gonna play games like Smash and Mario Kart for freaking ever until another one comes out. (The Last of Us was awesome, it's just a matter of not having a great way to play it more than once, you finish the story and then you leave it to dust.)

I personally agree to this list. Super Mario 3D World is amazing, along with MarioKart 8. I'm getting a Wii U this April, and it's the bundle with New Super Mario Bros U, and New Super Luigi U, and Mario Kart 8 comes separate with it. I'M SO EXCITED.

Mass Effect 3 should be included. I'm a huge Mass Effect fan since I played the 2nd one on ps3. I finished the entire series countless times, and when I got my Wii U, I had to pick it up. Now I have 2 copies of Mass Effect 3. And I love it. Addictive multiplayer, BEAUTIFUL story.

It was just as good as Galaxy, but not better. 3D World is the ONLY main Mario game the Wii U will have, unless Nintendo wants to screw the 3D Mario games over with the "New" Super Mario Bros formula and milk it. We don't need any more Mario, frankly I hope the 9th gen console from Nintendo has NO Mario game. I'm sick of Mario.

Super Mario Bros 3 NES
Super Mario World SNES
Super Mario 64 N64
Super Mario Sunshine NGC
Super Mario Galaxy 1 e 2 Wii
O que quero dizer é que, gosto apenas de cada Mario principal de cada console e o Shigeru Miyamoto disse que já está trabalhando no Mario Definitivo do Wii U. Talvez seja Single player como os outros.

I agreed with your list and guess what the two Wii U games I'm getting is Super Mario 3D World and Mario kart 8 :)
