Check out my comment n tell me what you think about my theory I can elaborate further if ur confused at any point
I love how a single chapter can change so many theories. I remember when many people thought Rocks was Imu
Imu can still be rocks
Well , i don't think Imu is Lili , since she's propably gonna look pretty much just like Vivi and seeing Luffy punch Vivi through the grand line would be very weird. And also the 5 elders called the Neferati family traitors , would they really say that if a Neferati was their ruler? Maybe they just don't know abt that
Lili could have been the one who joined the 19 others while the rest of the Nefertiti went back to alabaster
@@JL-yw1cp I woudn't bet on that
@@JL-yw1cpImu would never be Rocks we
I feel like Imu being Lily was made, on purpose, overly obvious on last chapter.
I'm 99% sure it's a misdirection and Imu is in fact not Lily.
I mean, why would the Elder Stars consider the family as traitors if Lili was Emu?
imu is mimi, lili's daughter
@@reclaimerbear6760 Why wouldn't they? As far as we know the rest of the Nefertari family (minus Lili) betrayed the world government. Actually, the fact that they haven't done anything about it even when they consider them traitors point to some kind of connection.
Lilly was a D which is why she betrayed Imu
@@SuperWarpath I think today's episode makes absolute sense, the Imu being Lily was a clear misdirection from Oda which worked like a charm.
This is just an obvious theory Imu being Lili because that was what Oda wanted in this chapter confuse the lector. I don't think she's Lili since Lili wrote a letter for something to Arabasta. Why would she need to do it if she's Imu. The letter looks like some information about D. or even the danger of Imu itself. Something doesn't add up and we mostly we won't know in the next chapter bc most likely we'll jump to another place who nobody cares right now like Egghead lol
i agree, i think people are jumping the gun hard
I agree but disagree
I agree, the whole theory from Arthur looks legit and pretty good but the letters about D it makes me rethinking again,
@@asura7915 power really corrupts one's mind 😊😊
according to some people,it could be the daughter of lily, they explain that she could not handle the decision of his mother to not go back to mari joie and kill her mother, like doflamingo did with his father, the two character are very similar about thir quest of power, this theory is more plausible i think
This time I respectfully disagree, the chapter is basically screaming in our faces to suspect Lili as the real identity of Imu and, even tho it wouldn't be that weird for Oda to be straight forward about it at this stages of the overall story, I still think it's a red herring for mainly two reasons:
1. The letter that Cobra mentions, I think this is the clue that Oda decided to put in this chapter to make us realize it's a red herring, the mere existence of said letter doesn't really fit with Imu being Lili, cause if they are the same person, why leave that letter in the first place? From how Cobra talks about it it seems like that letter is a huge clue to solve the Void Century mystery, so it's existence is already dangerous for Imu and the WG, but even more so it's in the hands of a powerful kingdom that has connections to the biggest enemies of the WG, including Wano that has an actual ancient weapon, it seems like way too big of an achilles heel for Imu/Lili to just leave there. On that same note, Imu was seen hearing the conversation between Cobra and the Gorosei, but only showed themselves after Cobra mentioned the letter, I interpreted that as that letter being a surprise for Imu, like they are willing to trade showing themselves for information on that letters content and whereabouts, which shouldn't be the case if they are the writer of said letter.
2. It doesn't really fit one of the core themes of the story: Inherited Will. At this point there's quite a few characters that are or have been build up to inherit the will of the people from the void century like Luffy/Joyboy and Shirahoshi/Queen Poseidon, well, this chapter basically confirmed that Lili and Vivi look extremely similar, plus the Nefertari have been one of the few good royal families we have encountered throughout the story, so it would make a lot of sense that they and especially Vivi are inheriting Lili's will, and that the mentioned letter is how that will has been passed through the generations, but if Imu is Lili they and Vivi would instead represent completely opposite wills which sounds kinda jarring, especially with how similar they look.
This is why I'm way more inclined to believe that Lili was either killed for not siding with the WG and Imu or forced to escape and kept away from Alabasta, probably at the threat of putting the whole nation in danger (which would also align with the theory that she founded Amazon Lily). And I'm increasingly becoming more and more of a fan of the unrequited love idea, this would explain the Lily flowers in Imus room, if Imu is Lili those doesn't fit too well cause having flowers with the same name would make sense for a narcissistic ruler, but I don't think a narcissistic would be okay with ruling for 800 years in the shadows with basically no recognition nor praise, instead, if Imu was in Love with Lili having those and even her sword as a memory of her fits really well.
It’s simple. The D aren’t the biggest enemies. At least not most of them. Imu wants a Kingdom that she knows she can trust and she knows will likely meet JB to know.
As an extra element to this option, Lili having a direct connection to the god Nefertem through the worship of Lily flowers in ancient Egipt and, by extension, also having a direct connection to the seas, may actually become an explanation as to why Imu is Imu and not Umi, the word written backwards serving as a metaphor of Imu being not the mother sea or the incarnation of it, nor the one who put the "curse" on DF users, instead Imu is who directly oposses the seas or Lili (a la Romeo & Juliet, except Juliet didn't love Romeo here), Lili like JoyBoy valued freedom, Imu values order, the seas are the "land" of freedom where pirates, the ultimate freedom seekers, thrive, which is why the King of the Pirates "domain" are the seas, meanwhile Imu rules from the Red Line, from a rock that remains the same no matter what.
Also, if Lili is still the one who put the "curse" on DF fruit users, it would mean it wasn't a way to prevent opposition to Imu/herself, but a way to protect the world from Imu, after all, if Imu has a Devil Fruit water is a glaring weakness to them too, but unlike pirates who are willing to take the risk so that they can be free and venture to the seas despite being such a dangerous place for DF users, Imu as someone who doesn't value freedom couldn't care less, and would take the option of never venturing below the Red Line, ultimately defeating the downside of having a fruit but locking themselves in Mary Geoise in the process.
Good idea!
Damn, I had been leaning towards it being Lily for most of today. But this thorough breakdown of yours makes far too much sense and I’m expecting most of it to add up later on.
Preach, idk how ppl are subscribing to the Limu theory with the letter being antithetical to the agenda the gorosei and navy been doing the whole series not to mention the goroseis and Imu's reactions as soon as the letter and D are mentioned , i made the same points but u made an excellent point with inherited will too
If the theory that all ancient weapons are really certain people controlling the weapons like Shirahoshi controlling sea kings as Poseidon, Momo controlling Pluton, and Vivi being able to control Uranus, this perfectly explains why Imu is able to control Uranus if the ancient weapon is what destroyed Lulusia. Lily and her descendents would have the abilty to control Uranus. This would be an awesome plot point if the Straw Hats ever needed to stop Uranus from destroying something as Vivi would be able to steal control from Imu probably at the last second in typical One Piece fashion.
Makes A LOT of sense, specially since the center plan of Crocodile in Arabasta was to get the weapon, he also mentioned that it was a weapon that could destroy a country with a single blast
What you have mentioned makes a lot of sense. Vivi stopping Uranus and therefore stopping Imu could beautifully parallel the moment in Alabasta, when Vivi also stopped the fighting and made it rain, therefore bringing peace and ending the war! Vivi will probably have such an immense role in the Endgame!
VIVI is a strawhats in the background even if she wasn't on the ship. it completely makes sense. imu is the king of the world but behind the shadow...... mind blown.
Just realized something interesting. When we see Imu for the first time, the sword in the ground Imu pierces through Vivi's poster might actually be the 20th sword of the 20 first celestials. Imu was probably one of them, and the Nefertari sword is actually amongst the 19. The missing sword is actually Imu's sword.
Yep. Cobra said that there was someone named Imu among the original 20, so I'd bet you're right.
@@JaceFincham bingo
18 swords. Lili never placed hers so that makes 19, and if Imu was using their sword to cut up and stab pictures that leaves 18 swords in front of the empty throne.
Bro if you're just going to give speculation stop with those click-baity titles. ODA hasn't revealed Imu's identity.
I think Lili truely wanted to go back to Alabasta but was chased by Imu (a guy posibly in love with Lili). In order to avoid being the target of the world government in Alabasta, and to save its citizens, she stayed at an abandoned island: Amazon Lili. And maybe Imu himself is the origin of the hate to the males in this island.
I have a very similar theory that lili was chased down by the world government, cornered and sucked into a calm belt, and then washed up on Amazon lily, seeing how it's surrounded by calm belts. maybe the snakes chose her bcs of Egypt and snake ties
Yeah I'm thinking this might be closer to the actual story. Mostly because I'm not sure they're going to make an ancestor of Vivi the ultimate villain of the story.
@@Kanriel That’s because Imu is not the Ultimate Villain.
@@mrbubbles6468 Who would be? I am assuming you mean Blackbeard, but he's more of "ultimate rival" because if Imu is 800+ years old and the reason for the void century and all related plot points I don't see how they wouldn't be the ultimate villain.
This theory seems to be more credible than the one presented by Arthur
I found it so satisfying that Sai and Leo turned Charloss into a pancake. 😂
Maybe he’ll finally learn his lesson
I am more amazed of Charloss surviving like a cockroach as that attack would have left nothing of his body to bury.
@@teetheluchador Doubt. 😂
@@rexlumontad5644 Pretty Sure he is Dead
@@Androtesh He will be back like Pound, Saul and people of Lulusia did
I think Lili is Zunesha, Zunesha was cursed to roam the sea since the void century. Around the time Lily went missing.
Yoo I mean it’s just a thought with not a ton of evidence yet but it’s a very interesting thought. Maybe the crime she committed was not joining the WG so imu commanded her to walk somehow. Maybe lili chose the whatever type of elephant fruit in order to easily bring rain to alabasta when needed
I can see this. Imu, with someone using the Opi Opi no Mi, switch to Lily's body (so he can use Uranus) and put her soul in Zunesha, doing the perpetual surgery after.
Sai mvp. He got a super strong dragon drill move. Married baby 5. Kicked a celestial dragon and does it all while looking fly.
I think Imu is NOT Lily at all, and my theory here is:
- Imu wanted to have control over the weapons
- Lily had the power of one of them
- Imu knew this, so he/she made another person (with Law's fruit) change their bodies, retaining that power for himself and later made the surgery for eternal youth.
This is the first idea that came to my mind reading the chapter a second time, and I've not think that much about it, but I think it makes sense. The fact that Imu "remembers" the name of Lily... is one thing I have still to think about.
very good idea!
had the same theory. It all adds up. Maybe Lili was with the 20 kingdoms and change her mind at the end and decided not to stay on pangea castle or she was allied with the clan of D. but pulled out at the end, reason to have poneglyph on Arabasta. For sure, in my opinion, Lily was the incarnation of Uranus and through the ope ope no mi, Imu got swapped into Lili body to take control of Uranus and the queen never returned to Arabasta. Now Vivi will be Imu next vessel as the next incarnation of Uranus, same of what happened with Poseidon. The nefertari family is still considered traitors and that wouldn't make sense if Lili was Imu. And why show herself in front of king cobra?
@Valerio Amato this bit of info helps my theory thanks. What if the wielder of the ancient weapons reincarnate every 800 years and imu needs a new body before vivi awakened her full potential. And he's keeping tabs on who can be threats(photos imu has). Shirohoshi ruler of seakings, vivi ruler of sky, momonosuke is unknown so he wouldn't have his photo but momo rules pluton. Then we have luffy ruler of the sun , blackbeard ruler of devil fruits.
@@mr.panamaniac I mean if Imu it's been alive since the void century he knows it all. Even more than "laugh tale" can tell
Based on the narritive of Joyboy needing both Poseidon to be in the same lifetime(based on Roger's and Sharly's interactions) and Joyboy needing Pluton(based on what Oden wrote in journal and what Robin read on the Wano Poneglyph) is it safe to say that Joyboy needs Uranus too, so the weilder or conductor for Uranus would need to be a Joyboy ally if its a person imo, i feel like we are missing more key characters to see the context of how the Op Op fruit was used on Im
I"ve a personal opinion:
Lily left his letter before to go for mariejoa. She intend to ask about the D. for nobles and know that would die because of that. That's the reason to left the card to his posterity.
And now, ironicaly Nefertari Cobra dies, asking the same question.
Points to consider:
- imu enter on the room just when cobra talks about D.
- cobra dies after ask about D.
- cobra knew about D. by the letter lefted by lily
- cobra intend to ask about lily, and D., and give instructions to pell and chaca to protect vivi (the actual owner of the letter), cause he did that VIVI now is under danger, and thinking that he would not coming back with life of that talk.
On this way, lily is not IMU, and imu is about to say to cobra: Lily died after say the word that you're saying (ask about D.)!
your channel isooo underrated! really amazing insight to every chapter!
Saw you in the Mont Corvo's video just wanted to say, keep the great work and keep loving One Piece like everyone! Much love from France
Ur theory burned by ODA himself
yeah doesnt have to be right, but at least he comes up with something unlike you.
All of your videos are great Artur. You do a great job of tuning out the noise of the theorizing and the chaotic nature of the fandom. Your attention to detail and picking out the specifics of your arguments to make a concise point is also excellent. I say this every video, but your videos are videos that everyone in the community should be watching. A chapter without one of your breakdowns is a sad chapter.
Another misled title. This guy always make such shocking title for Adsnse sake.
*NO!!! Oda hasn't revealed Im true identity so far!!*
We have to wait 2 weeks more for the next chapter
bruh lily is not IMU lol chapter 1085 debunks that :)
I think Imu is going to mirror Boa Handcocks love sickness and that lovesickness is going to have inspired the island to be named amazon lily. Imu loved joyboy and became corrupt waiting for him. Also, maybe vivi is supposed to be the final ancient weapon reincarnated but imu isnt dying to pass on that roll
What if Lily, in fact, possessed the same ability as Law, and Emu forced her to utilize the immortality ability on herself, thereby leading to her demise? I'm not certain, it's just a thought that came to mind.
I like this better than Lili being imu
I saw most of netizen here have similar theory
If Lili was an enemy to Imu, she would have bit her tongue and died rather than give Imu immortality. I doubt that's what happened.
@@bexclue3007 is she hadn't done the surgery imu would simply destroy her family or something idk
@@kimmyy4825 ...and Lili would be too dead to make sure Imu keeps that promise. If the WG wanted the Nefertari family all dead, they'd all be dead.
I can't wait to see the next chapter of King Cobra talking with Imu who would be the Exposition about the truth behind Lili and also the world before he goes down and Sabo gets framed for it.
We will get that in December 😂
i think Cobra will figure out something because he knows something however we wont have that extra information and when he says "it cant be, so... and then im may say yes, and he will get killed for figuring out (not neccesarily who he/she is maybe something else that is extremely important and could change the world, however knowing there is a king/queen in the sahdows is enough to get guaranteed anihilation). leaving us in total darkness for probably 1 or 2 years.
Oda said all of the theory here in youtube are not close enough to onepiece is..🤣🤣🤣
Well, this theory was short
It's great to see you're active, I hope you're doing as good as possible health-wise ❤
Appreciate the content
IMO I like the Imu = child of Lili theory the best. Also that Lili used the OpeOpe no mi to grand Imu eternal youth.
Artur is hands done the best OP channel and his theories actually make WAY more sense
I love your use of Temenos' theme!
THIS MAKES SO MUCH SENSE
I think it would be really interesting if Imu is a descendent of Lili. Maybe their real name is Nefertari Imu. It would also make sense why Imu had a picture of Vivi because Vivi is where Imu would be right now if Lili did go back to Alabasta. I also think Imu being Vivi’s distant cousin makes Vivi even more likely to become a full-time member of the Straw Hats.
In the Ancient Egypt also existed the Queen Nefertiti.
Nefer-titi, curious.
Close but I think Lily is Imu’s daughter etc. which makes sense considering how as you said resembled Vivi, why she said “Lily…” aloud which would be odd if it was her old name and why it would be odd to be surrounded by Lillies. More likely Lily was close to Imu in some capacity and saw them turn evil and is part of the strange attempt to bury the Poneglyph and ancient weapon because she saw the horrors Imu could bring.
Plus Oda just giving us an answer is too easy. He loves to dangle bait like “doffy quits being a warlord” only to easy circumvent things with reasonably simple explanations.
I don’t find name thing weird. Imagine not being called by your name for 800 years and then suddenly hearing it wakes some memories from the distant past. Totally normal reaction.
Agree to the “very easy answer” part tho. Totally not Oda style.
Octopath 2 ost is so fire
Fire theory video my man, you got on it hella fast
Its so crazy how looking back, this was actually being told to us
Nakama fest sounds dope 🤙🏽🤙🏽
Meanwhile I hope we get to see some of God's Knights character designs when they debut and get a glimpse of how strong and dangerous they are that made Dragon wary of them mobilizing.
Haha cool that you are using music from Raymam 3
It instantly caught my ears
I love your reviews for the insight your Japanese knowledge provides as far as translation and references. However despite how well-reasoned this is, when it comes to theories you're guessing just as blindly as the rest of us fans.
This theory is weak, If you read chapter 907/908 he would no have Lost the time
@@arthurgoes4159 I'm not saying everything he says is wrong. And he doesn't commit to being wrong like Mr. "Raid will fail" but he's still just guessing. I guess right sometimes too. Everybody was sure Yamato was going to join the crew but I always thought it won't happen because Yamato knows Oden's journal and Luffy hates spoilers. Plus I figured somebody strong had to help protect Wano.
Its fascinating how many die hard fans still fall into this storytelling trap. Sure its possible that Imu is Lili. But that is just lazy on top of the sea of possibilities. There are hundreds of possible directions Oda can go with Imu, and regardless of which he decides to go with, we will definitely be surprised. It's just too premature at this point even for a theory. So I really like just pure analysis of what was given in front of us and relate it to many things in the story. What I'm really looking forward to is how will Oda relate Imu to the Moon, Time-Time fruit, Void Century, and the ancient weapons.
How great the reveal will be depends entirely on how good the story of the void century turns out to be. I also don't believe it's going to be Lili either though. It's too much on the nose. If she was Lili then we would have probably gotten her reveal last chapter. There is no reason to drop the name of a secret character one chapter before his great reveal.
@@MrPastige There’s every reason. It gets people going back through all the old chapters trying to piece stuff together. It gers people talking. Oda also has a habit of cutting away for a chapter before going back yo the actual reveal. This is not the first time Oda has done this.
Another misled title. This guy always make such shocking title for Adsnse sake.
*NO!!! Oda hasn't revealed Im true identity so far!!*

@@GeorgeMartinus True, RUclipsrs kill me with these dramatic titles. Every week "This CHANGES EVERYTHING!" or "This breaks One Piece!" Or "Oda FINALLY REVEALS..."
Also the butterflies could be used as a symbolism about metamorphosis, the transformation from Lily to Imu
The only way for the Amazon Lily theory to be confirmed is if the Kuja tribe has something similar to the Minks having a history with the Kouzuki clan from Wano, such as a chamber that houses a special Poneglyph or a symbol of the Nefertari family.
I just imagined the first time we see the "inability to swim" factor finally come to play, it'll be a mass drowning orchestrated by Imu who either never told people who ate a fruit or found a way to add it in later.
This makes sense. Excited to see what will happen in the next chapters
How does he come up with these? Unreal 🔥
Goda. Either way this just further cements Goda as the best mangaka of all time.
Imu is Lili's daughter, you heard this this here first!! that would parallel Doffy's story where their parents didnt want to be Celestial dragons but the kids being resentful and looking for a way to get into that throne, difference being that Imu actually managed to do it.
Spirit Temple Theme is so iconic
Given how IMU used a pen to mark off the Lulusia Kingdom on the map when it was destroyed perhaps given how the said the World Goverment rewrote history perhaps IMU or more likely the pen has the Kaku Kaku no mi the write write fruit and is able to rewrite reality to their whim
I think Lily is the queen of Mariejois due to Lily being a reference to Lily of the Valley which has another name which is Marys Tears hence the link with Mariejois because Marie is a name that stems from Mary
Good video but the captions are not matching up with the contents. Would appreciate as a hard of hearing person if you fixed them :)
The moment this video show up on your feed.. always remember folks one piece is your uncle
My main issue with Lilly being Imu would be why would HER letter talk about the D clan ?
It could be the letter is from her youth before she wanted to become ruler of the world.
Yea the Letter is the easiest thing debunking Lili is Imu, i havent seen any good explanation explaining why Lily would pass down a letter mentioning the D which was unknown to gorosei based on their reactions and Imu headed to the empty throne after Cobra mentioned it,Imu and the gorosei's reactions seem unwarranted if Lili as Imu was aware of the letter
because Lilly is a D so Vivi is also a D
You got spotify for your videoes as well ?
As someone who works at the Dragon, the only local game/comic store in my city; this event is very interesting to me
I personally think that its between 2 options
1. Imu is Lili, there are so many pointers towards this direction. Imu's silhouette looks strikingly similar to Lili, Imu has a sword and it is said that there are 19 swords on the empty throne and Lili never went back to Alabasta, Imu being interested with Vivi.
2. Imu might also be connected to Lili through Lili having been the wielder of the Ope Ope No Mi and tasked with making Imu immortal hence why Imu is interested in Vivi and the sword could be a souvenir to Imu such as the straw hat in Marijois.
Also why did Robin state that the Nefertari aren't protecting the Poneglyph in the same manner of how the Minks and the Fishmen were protecting their Poneglyphs but more akin to hiding or tucking it away which the World Government would be accustomed to. The only thing sticking out is the letter
That festival sounds fire. Could call it Fire Festival.
please do a video on the last chapter...there is a lot to unpack and as not japanese speaking we Lost a lot
Well, this had an impressive shelf life.
had a gut feeling that it's not lili, gut feeling right
like you come up with a better one.
Take a shot when ever the Don sound effects go's off you have to drink
Maybe someone has already pointed this out, but in your parallel to Adam and Eve, Lili would be Lilith, the first woman created alongside Adam
Imu could be Queen Lily, the ruler of alabasta that had removed itself from the celestial dragon clan. It makes perfect sense: as a sorta exile, her name would not be mentioned which helps cover her identity as Imu. As it would also explain why she revealed herself to King Cobra, her would-be descendant (she was listening to the gorsei talk to him with the den den mushi). King Cobra might not be dead in that case, she could have just used the opportunity to be seen in a greater light by framing the revolutionary army for killing the king of alabasta. If she's not tho (probably knew who Lily was and probably was her enemy) then she probably showed herself to King Cobra just to talk to him then kill him and frame the revolutionary army in the process. If this is the case, then it would explain why one of the poneglyphs that reveal the location of one of the Ancient weapons is in Alabasta (implying that Alabasta and Wano were opposed to Imu's rule). So it could be that Imu had some sort of personal relation to Queen Lily and the reason why Queen lily "un-celestial dragoned" her royal family was because Imu perhaps told her about him/herself become the hidden ruler although all the clans agreed to be on equal ground in terms of power.
This guy changes theory every single week, lmao. And making money talking nonsense
You could follow most of this and then instead put it as the Will of the Devil Fruit Lily perhaps took/was forced into eating ended up taking over Lily and becoming the dominant personality. Even the inversion of the names thematically makes sense as it's no longer Lily (Umi) but instead the Devil Fruit. (Imu)
Yoo the Rayman 3 music !!
This chapter in my view has revealed why Law's middle name is a taboo because I believe his middle name of Water means he's related to IMU because of the flower called water lily as well as Imu = Umi which means ocean a large body of water.
I was really expecting Oda to take us back to Egghead for 1085 and leave us on that crazy cliffhanger.
Amazing theory ❤❤ let's see if this becomes true
The chapter tried to make so obvious that Lily was Im that she probably isn't.
The character and the track record of Cobra reminds me of one of prominent leader in Middle East Region...
Muammar Khadafi of Libya.
Man there's nothing like the One Piece community and creators!
You are the first youtuber i see talking about the possibility of Lily being Imu and is actually backing it up with with actual good evidence to support that theory so that it makes perfectly sense! Everyone talks about the possibility ofcourse, but they don't dive deeper into the details behind it like you just did!
After (and while) watching this video it is very hard to not believe this to be the case..
I put my money on this turning out to be true or at least being very close to how it is going to turn out to be.
Or the theory about Lily being the (ex) love interest of Imu could also be true, either way would be great storytelling from Oda(to me at least)
Another great video with top tier content, thanks!!
This makes one piece closer to Scrapped Princes more and more. I believe Oda wanted to make an extended version of that Anime.
Wow amazing theory!! however, since the Lulusia incident i've been thinking that the conflict between the 20 families and the Great Kingdom it has to be something else about just power and control, if that was the case, there is no sense that IM hasn't destroyed Wano , Fishman island or Alabasta before.
Would be fun tidbit that final enemy Imu vs Luffy looks like when Luffy hitted Vivi back in Arabasta
Well the next chapter really threw a wet blanket on this theory.
The phrase 'wich light should we erase' makes more sense now why vivi was shoxn
When she's finally revealed the thirst is going to be unreal. I can already feel it lol
Or Imu could be the old lover or admirer of Queen Lily, which is why his room is filled with lily flowers, and Vivi is like a mirror image of her, which is why Imu has her photos not torn apart. And Imu could also be a citizen or a high official from the God country, and he tricked the 20 kingdoms into starting a rebellion so he could be the new King, but Queen Lily opposed it and wanted to bring him down, but she failed and never had a chance to come back to Alabasta. thus making the Nefertari clan a traitor.
I can’t believe Vivi is Emu. That is wild
Sorry for the out of context question, what's the name of the piano song at the end of the video? Start 13:50. Thanks for the reply
there seems to be a mixup in the subtitles
What a great time to be a OP fan ♡ thank you oda sensei
this may appear to be quite the strange theory given how the guards could referred to an IT in phantom room it could refer to IM which adds to my theory that IM is based of Yimir the hermaphroditic giant from Norse creation myth and as the Japanese theorised the use of an ancient user of the hormone fruit to allow the Kuja Tribe to have babies and only female babies perhaps this user turned IM into a hermaphrodite and perhaps Oda used this famous quote of Queen Elizabeth the I to make Lilli a hermaphrodite "I know I have the body but of a weak and feeble woman; but I have the heart and stomach of a king, and of a king of England too".
This was a well made Limu theory video you made the Limu theory sound very convincing except for the letter part where there was cognitive dissonance where u struggled to rationalize why the gorosei refer to the nerfertari as traitors even tho they explained why in that panel u showed from 908 and when mentioning that Cobra was wrong thinking his ancestors was protecting the alabastan poneglpyh yet Lili's younger brother was just hiding it(hiding it is protecting it) but i digress, my bad for harping just something i noticed and giving constructive feedback
Great theory!!! ❤
I just wonder how oda is going to show the biblical parallels of one piece in the end
Muy interesante. One piece es la vida!!!!
I would've loved to join that party if I could... Enjoy it for all of us 😊
Lili is actually Imu.
Imu, upon ascending to the position of Queen and ruler of the entire world, including the Celestial beings, chose not to place her sword around the throne. Instead, she keeps her sword in her personal quarters.
Regarding the enigma surrounding the letter "D," it is revealed that all individuals with this initial are descendants of Imu. It appears that Imu had a family but eventually left them. The lineage has since flourished, and the people of Arabasta are not direct descendants of Imu. The reason for Imu utilizing the "D" initial for her descendants lies in their shared trait of defiance. Each of them possesses the potential to rule the world, just like Imu. However, as soon as a member bearing the "D" discovers the truth and endeavors to claim the throne, Imu eradicates their existence. Imu also attempted to erase any evidence of her previous identity as Lili, the ruler of the world, so that no one would uncover this knowledge.
Essentially, individuals with the initial "D" presently have the capability to rule the world, but they only pose a threat to Imu if they pursue the throne after learning the truth. To safeguard this truth from them, Imu destroyed historical records pertaining to "The Void Century" and most of the information spanning the past 800 years concerning her.
It is so fcking funny to me the place chosen for nakama festa, my sister worked there as summer camp monitor
Uhhh for the last time, ALABASTA WAS THE ANCIENT KINGDOM and also, Lily's body was stolen by Imu with the Ope Ope no mi fruit.
With all that was speculated here I wonder if this could possibly explain the celestial dragons feeding devil fruits to their slaves as a form of torture and maybe celestial dragons themselves are forbidden from eating them as some kind of hold over tradition. As in you lose the ability to swim and become as those that were originally tempted by the fruits way back then during the void century.
Also having watched a Tekking101 video a while back about the Void Century potentially being inspired by Ancient Egypt and their own lost history and the obvious comparisons of poneglyphs to hieroglyphs, the Alabasta Kingdom may be intertwined way more into the history of the One Piece world than any of us may have originally thought.
Yes, and we think about it, we can understand why was the poneglyph in Arabasta: because the Nefertari's brother was saying about Pluton, in that case we already know who possess it: Im-sama.
And MORE important: what if the Nefertari clan is the ONLY one who can use it?
Damn, I never felt so much sadness due to being poor, I wish I could go to the party you’re throwing but no way I can afford the ticket to spain even tho I live a few hours away from it
Umi... This gave me an idea. What if the DF weakness against sea and water is actually came from DF "Umi Umi no Mi" and never in the first place a natural effect?
the part of her making all those who eat the devil fruit weak to the sea on purpose rly intrigued me, it actually makes sense a traitor would do that even if not Lily in particular 🤔
maybe this sounds crazy, but what if Lily was allied with Joyboy( probably the first D.) and Imu was jeolus so he/she killed Lily?
The answer lies in the flame.
This goes with the “Music of Marie” theory that imu is not a singular person, instead a person who finds out the deep dark secrets of the world then gets the choice to give up themselves to keep the world in a peaceful ignorance or to destroy all that shit and let the world know the truth. Lili chose to sacrifice herself and become imu. If so lili is more than likely NOT the imu we see today
This is what I thought when I first read 1084.
