Beautifully made Mojito. I dislike soda added. I am so glad you didn't add that! Topping the cocktail off with more crushed ice is gorgeous and I love the amount of lovely fresh mint used. This is such a refreshing cocktail on a warm day, with the wind blowing nicely! Ahhh, something to look forward to!
I can't believe you only have that many subscribers with the quality of your videos! You're outstanding.
+Shugo489 Thank you for your lovely comment! Feel free to help spread the word by sharing our videos! Thanks for watching!
+Shugo489 cant agree more... Keep up the good work Bonneville!!! bring more rum!! :D :D
Totally agree best videos on the net.
To this day
Finally someone who makes a Mojito without completely pulverizing the mint!
Many people can hardly taste the mint aromas with lightly muddled mint, if you’re wondering. And many places, mint has hardly any aroma left once it reaches the grocery store.
Consistently impressed with fabulous quality of these videos! Outstanding!
Much obliged!
As always, a perfect mix (no pun intended) of flair and craftsmanship.
Thoroughly enjoyed this video along with the others. Very inspirational!
One of my favorite rum drinks is the rum Negroni. Smith & Cross, sweet vermouth and Campari all equal amounts - simply delicious.
Excellent presentation no waffling
Classic Daiquiri is so good and refreshing, and also super simple :P
I love myself a good Trader Vic's Mai Tai. In my opinion, it's the simplest and best version of the Mai Tai. Another great video!
Easily the best cocktail channel around. Done with class and style!
Simply amazing method of cocktails !
Phenomenal videos. What ever you do, make sure you don't stop. 👊😆
I love your recipes, choice of glasses and your ice and your way of making the drinks. Very nice.
You make drinks looks so yummy
You're outstanding. So amazing!!!
Thank you!
Very nice great job pleasent to watch!!
Glad I found you. El Presidente was a hit. Thanks Bro.
I love the outtakes at the end of the videos- perfect contrast to how professional and polished the presentation is with the drinks! I'd love to see you guys do some "warmer uppers" for extremely cold days. (Waiting for Canadian winter!) Cheers!
I really love your videos. The best!
I have to agree the quality of your videos is amazing! So glad I found your channel =D
Thanks, lovely video
It’s always useful for me thanks
Nailed it again dude. Well done👍👍
Thanks a lot. I am enjoying ur cocktail videos. I like that ur cocktails are not very known
Awesome drinks....and you look really good in that shirt...
Bartending at its finest!
Hope to see a cognac/ brandy episode in the future (since it is my favourite alcohol)
Jake Greenhalgh It's on the list!
Rum Swizzle is a real good drink on a hot day , I add a little bit of pineapple also to mine Cheers !
been watching a lot a these videos and im quite inspired to build my own little bar
Smart with slapping the mint. You release all the aroma on your hands and there is barely any left for the customer's drink
Well if we ever have the honour to serve you, we'll slap it around your face so you get all the aroma you like!
@@bondrinks You re not only smart but very professional too...
@@dimitris7368 🤪
stopping by to say im impressed good video!
get more vids out, the quality of both cinematography and instruction makes your channel so much better than youtubers in the cocktail scene. Keep it up! would love to see a classics series where you cycle through 2/3 minute videos of each classic you know. subscribed and hoping for more soon!
+connordgr8 Thanks for your great comment! We're planning on doing more, hopefully we'll have a Christmas special soon!

Bro I love you man. I remember watching this 6 years ago when I started getting into Cocktails. Then I remembered it now again, and was like.. man what was that awsome channel I loved so much.. googled "belgian resturant cocktails england" and it popped up! SHAZAM!
Nice... thanks buddy!
Thank you very much
el presidento is awesome cocktail, never tried the rum sizzle, but it looks great. As always perfect video production and crazy bartenter skills. I would like to drink some in your bar.
An old time New Orleans favorite in the winter is the Hot Buttered Rhum ( spelled that way on purpose ) .
Your such a good Bartender :) Godbless!
A tip for part 2: the canchánchara. super simple yet delicious
thanks for all your video. i realy learn a lot by you..keep it up .godbless

Make a cachaça cocktails video please!
A traditional brazilian spirit
I happen to have a gifted bottle of Velvet Falernum, now I just need the dark rum! Yum!
Velvet falernum is impossible to find here in asia
I would love to see a vedio on some old cocktails upgraded and made different
Hi, I find this really nice and helpful. Thanks for making this. But I want to ask you if you can make the vol.2 for the rum cocktails. Cheers
i like to see a wine espisode in the future !
Let's go with volume 2!! You must do it!
Brspn Caraway Seeds & 1 Whole egg
37.5ml Appleton 8
37.5ml Licor 43
4 DashesElmegirab's Spanish Bitters
5ml Sugar Syrup & 4 Black Peppercorns (crushed)
Muddle caraway seeds in base of mixing glass, add remaining ingredients and dry shake for five seconds.
Fill with cubed ice shake hard for a further ten seconds and fine strain into a frozen glass.
i'd like to see you make this for the subscribers cocktail choice
I never knew grenadine was a pomegranate syrup. I always thought it was cherry for some reason.
That's because most widely available commercial grenadines are flavored with artificial cherry flavoring, for some reason. Don't buy a grenadine unless the first ingredient is pomegranate juice :) (Or make it yourself with Pom and sugar... 1:2 or 2:3)
KUDOS for making the Mai Tai the Trader Vics Version, i have been to many bars who make this mit pineapple juice in a hurricane glas..*doh*
Wicked vids!!!!!
very rustic💣
Thank you for your great videos. Can you suggest me a cocktail with aged rum and fresh ginger?
fascinating...
really appreciate cocktail tutorials not with fl oz measurements
Nice collection of cocktails...i will also at my bar....make any liqueur cocktails if possible thank u
dutch angles for DAYZZZZZ
This is awesome thank you. What about your own cocktail list made by you?.
What can you use as a substitute for the velvet falernum in the rum swizzle?
Wow ! Another great video, great work !
Could you please do an irish whiskey cocktails vid ?
+dizi17 Whiskey is on the list! We'll try and make sure there is an Irish one in there just for you!
You are awesome! Requesting for vodka cocktailes. From Russia with love!
Федор Капаев your wish is granted!
ruclips.net/video/kCcL4iT8hag/видео.html
Great videos, keep it up! I'm not gonna request you to make cocktails of any particular spirit, I hope all basic alcohols will be covered up in upcoming videos, yet I am curious about cocktails made using a smoke machine. Do you have one? It would be interesting to see a video with such cocktails in future.
can you tell me where i can find that little glass thing with the speed pourer that you keep your grensadine in ? i just have to have a couple ot those things . they are perfect .
I've got a question. What do you do with the excess ice after shaking? Do you get rid of them or reuse?
Awesome cocktails all of them, made the Mai Tai though and came out waaay to bitter, I know it's the Orgeat giving it that effect, but could we probably reduce the orgeat by a couple of ml and add some simple syrup?
Love your vids so much. Can I replace the orgeat syrup with amaretto in Mai Tai? Many thanks!
Thanks Dan, Happy New Year!Which country are you from?
really amazing.....can you also add the place of origins........that would be perfect
Which glass is taken for the daiquiri, etc?
Hi there! Nice work, keep it up! What about drinks with (processed) ginger in it, i.e. ginger ale or beer?
Great
Awesome video. I've tried some of the cocktails and they are so delicious! Make a video about tequila based cocktails, it's so hard to find good ones. please!
Nemanja Savanovic Tequila! We'll see what we can do!
Cocktail Idea , I think it kinda resembles a Mojito or such , I muddled Mint leaves with a few drops of water and 1tsp (teaspoon) of Brownsugar (although if One was smart , a Brown sugar simple syrup would work, I did try it with 1.5 tsp of Brownsugar, but I love a sweeter drink so take that with a pinch of salt / sugar) and added the mixture with 60ml of Appletons Jamaican Rum (if it exists I dont know the name) if it doesnt im still workin on a name , I was thinking a Jamaican Muddle or something like that
Whenever you do the same thing, just different country, they usually just call it the country.
I've come across the Nicaraguan mojito which was just using Flor de Caña instead.
i have a question: what is the diference between dark and Aged Rum? I love your videos.
Can't catch the syrup for the Maitahi, is it orange syrup or almond syrup?
Is it intentional to have 5 ml less of the lime and simple in the daquri cocktail when compared to the mojito because its served up like a martini and should be more rum forward? And the mojito being more like a mixed drink tall on the rocks so its more on the easy refreshing side?
Yes! Thank you! No Plantation though... :(
Bando maybe in volume II!
+THE BONNEVILLE Yes i noticed and got excited about the "volume I" with the promise of vol II. Fantastic stuff! Already tried your mojito. Surely you realise that you will get guests from outside of England soon? :)
Bando most of our fans are already outside the uk - all welcome, cocktails make the world go round!
Is Negrita Rum good for Pina Colada and Mochito Coctails?
Can you pleaseeeee make videos on indian cocktails pleaseeeee
Nice videos. I like your style. Could you be so kind to add the ingredients to the video description in your future videos? Also i would love to see a video about different brands of Rum/Gin/Whisky/Vodka etc, that compares them in taste and purpose.
+JanusDarke1 Yes, we'll get round to doing that at some point soon! Thanks for watching!
Hai sir,
I've been watching your videos and I've subscribed your channel in you tube...
Ok coming to my point is, you've to rim the glass with sugar for daiquiri right ????
Sugar and lime are the base of rum cocktails got it. '!'
Can you make a cognac video?
Do you think cap-shaking a mojito would be a god idea? or would the ice would melt too fast?
Great videos, thanks! Which is your simple syrup ratio 2:1 or 1:1? I guess it should be 1:1,right?
+Στέφανος Καρ Yep! Equal parts! Thanks for watching!
Yeah I agree with Shugo489, your videos are great. Good setting, good voice, great skills distilled in a relaxed atmosphere. love to learn from your videos. By the way, love your glaces too, where do yo get them from, are they gathered around from antiques or is it possible to get them on line? Thanks in advance
Loving the videos! quick question though, what's the benefits of swizzling compared to stirring down a drink?
Whiskey volume most be next surely but could you do a video on tikki drinks in particular? Thanks
Blane McNab No real benefit from the swizzle over stir, a little quicker to mix the drink and maybe a little less messy with a glass full of ice! Whiskey is defo on the list and we'll add a tiki special at some point! Thanks for watching!
Great Video! I watch you and use your videos all the time... I was wondering if you have a video explaining your logo? It's very cool!
Maybe we'll explain the logo in a video!
@@bondrinks Please Do. :-)
The dutch tilts are making me dowzy
Any recommendations on what I can use for a classic zombie sense they've discontinued 151 Bacardi
As a former liquor store manager, just use Everclear if you can find it. If not, then you'll just need to concentrate any neutral spirit.
The original recipe calls for Lemon Hart 151. Direct subs would be Hamilton 151 or Plantation OFTD. There are other 151s around; you can use them in a pinch, but the flavor won't be as rich. DO NOT use Everclear.
I'd like to try Mai Tai but I can't buy orgeat in my country, absolutely no store sells it. Would it be ok to substitute it with a liqueur like Amaretto or Frangelico?
I wouldn't recommend it, since those are liqueurs and orgeat is a syrup. I would recommend making your own "quick and dirty" orgeat at home with natural, unsweetened almond milk (if available in your country... it's a heck of a lot easier than making the milk yourself). Make a 2:1 simple of sugar and almond milk, cool, then add a few drops each of almond extract, rose blossom water, and rose water (the effect should be subtle). It will keep in the freezer for a long time.
If that's still not an option, just sub in simple syrup and add a drop of almond extract. before shaking with crushed ice. Cheers
The orgeat I bought is thick and syrupy. Yours in the video seems to be more watery. Did you dilute the syrup? I'm a big fan of your videos.
VOLUME II
what is the difference between Velvet falernum and golden falernum? Can I use golden falernum instead?
Totally. Just different brands with unique characteristics. Taylor's Velvet Falernum is the only one from Barbados, though, where Falernum was born.
Some non-alcoholic cocktails for us people who don't drink. I know its a strange request because isn't alcohol your main ingredient. But if you can.
You need to explore our channel my friend! They're there!
Do you guys think the El Presidente would work better or worse with Bacardi light rum instead of the Havana Club?
I use something called Bacardi Superior for my El Presidente. I think that's the light rum version. Doesn't bother me a bit. I love it. The real challenge is getting the grenadine just right. If you get that cheap stuff from the supermarket then your drink might come out thin and bland.
where did you get the recipe of the rum swizzle???
can you make the sugar syrup yourself or where can you buy it?
It's way cheaper to make it yourself, and ridiculously easy: dissolve sugar in warm water on the stovetop (do not boil). You can do a 1:1 ratio, a richer syrup of 2:1 (sugar:water) or anywhere in between. Cool, add a splash of high-proof liquor, and store it in the fridge or freezer.
Tequila cocktails!!!
Question, why do you strain some of the drinks?
+Scott S. Take a look at this video we made telling you all about just that! ruclips.net/video/kAvQbcbS75A/видео.html
