  • Kai the Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker is amongst the list of average dudes propelled to stardom due to the internet. Similar to Charles Ramsey, he was made a celebrity overnight because of a wild news interview bundled with a Schmoyoho song remix. He had stopped a rampaging man who was on a psychotic rage and became a hero.
However Kai's heroism is would be in danger of being stripped from him just months later due to a tragic series of events. Find out whatever REALLY happened to Kai The Hitchhiker.
    KAI'S LEGAL SUPPORT FUNDRAISER LINK:
    fundrazr.com/9....
For updates on Kai's situation check out this facebook page:
    www.youtube.co...
These are the main corrections which I fixed from the last version of this video:
    1. Social Services removed Kai from abusive birth parents, it wasn’t the child’s fault, it was the adults. Kai wasn’t at fault for that, he was 11 years old at the time.
    2. Kai doesn’t have behavioral and emotional problems, he is well adjusted and forms healthy relationships.
    3. Kai was not out causing problems, out on the street or otherwise.
    4. Kai’s claims of sexual and physical abuse as a small child were directed at his birth parents, as WELL as his claims against Bosco homes as a young teen.
    5. Kai has a heroic and endearing love of society, not an overall distrust, deep within his heart. He is NOT antisocial.
    6. Kai did not “viciously beat” Jett Simmons McBride: the court record shows that Kai
STRUCK Simmons in the head with a hatchet 3 times in a lawful and controlled manner to subdue Simmon’s violent attack on innocent people.
    7. Kai’s intervention was not only violent and deadly force, it was proven in court to be legally justified.
    8. Kai has never committed a “slashing” he used justified force in defense of another.
    9. Kai was in California after appearing on Jimmy Kimmel, from February to April of 2013, not homeless in NYC: as is evidence by video of him drunk surfing under the Golden Gate Bridge on March 26, 2013.
    10. Kai kicked Galfy away from himself from on his back on the floor. Even the prosecutor admitted that the majority of injuries to Galfy came from kicks, not fists.
    11. Kai did not go “on the run”; even the prosecutor admitted in a press conference that Kai was “not hiding, he was out in the open”.
    12. Kai didn’t “viciously” beat Galfy, Kai STRUCK Galfy in self defense. There was no viciousness on Kai’s part, which would imply malice. There was only panic and terror at being raped.

      Absolutely.
We have to question why a successful judge, without wife or child, allows a homeless drifter into his home...
      Very suspect.
You could say the judge was being charitable, but if that's the case, why not pay for a bed and breakfast, (or motel as I think Americans call them?) or shove some money in his hand? It seems self serving to invite him yo the judges own personal space...
Also, nut juice and dribble could easily be mistaken when you first wake up in a funk, and it's never ever going to cross your mind that a seemingly generous and kind stranger has just bust his nut on your fucking face. Anyone who thinks that'd be a normal reaction is deluded. It's human instinct to go with the simplest explanation, which Is exactly what kai did!

Kais spent years enduring abuse from a young age I doubt he’d lie about something like that. He had nothing to gain from it. The system is against him and they’re in on it. People knowing the rapist personally seals the deal about how corrupt that whole thing was people are bias and always have an agenda. Kais case has been postponed for years now of course they’re keeping him there and building a case against and not giving him the opportunity to defend himself.

The reason the trial has been delayed is because Kai's attorneys haven't received the last round of discovery until this year. The prosecutor on the other hand has had 5 years to build their case. A proper judge should of thrown this out years ago. This is a violation of right to speedy trial in my eyes. If Kai is guilty of what they say he is he's going to have years of appeals because of how shoddily the prosecutor and investigators have worked this case. And the tax payer is going to be paying for all of it. This is how the judicial system works. It's a farce and a money grab. And it's the common people's money, the tax payers, that pay for it. Seeing how the guy wouldn't have known he'd be dead, more than likely the drug was still in the house somewhere. If Kai is telling the truth, that means there should still some of the drug somewhere on the guy's property. Since there was no suspect arrested when his body was found, his home would have been searched thoroughly for leads. The officers either didn't find it or it was intentionally overlooked so they can get a murder case.

They pinged his cell phone. I'm sure they had a warrant within a few hours. They have clearly violated his Constitutional rights if his defense attorneys didn't agree to the postponements. I'm not sure why they would agree in this case as there are no witnesses, recovering victim, etc. It is only in the prosecution's favor to delay the trial for such an extraordinarily long period of time. What judge agrees to five years worth of postponements requested by the prosecution is beyond me. At the local level everyone involved in the criminal justice system are friends: prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, etc. I'm sure the attorney he killed does have friends working this case. They know if they go to trial he will most likely win, hence the delays. This is the corrupt system of today. It is what happens when society becomes too ignorant and uneducated to elect proper officials.

I was in the original Free Kai Facebook group. It was disbanded because of a small group of obsessed women who alternated between being extremely possessive of him/targeting other women in the group, and trying to sabotage him by calling the jail and claiming he had broken rules, or getting him to admit crazy and damaging things during phone calls they had with him. I left the group before the worst of the drama went down but one of the women actually targeted me for a while and at one point was pushing hard for me to come to NJ with her to visit him, even though I had never even heard her voice and she was a total stranger. Kai's personality towards even the most dedicated group members changed a lot once he got under the influence of those women. He started doing really weird things such as giving a minor female's contact info to another man in the jail, which is ironically what my parents told me he would do with my info (I was a minor when I first started writing to him in jail). I wonder who is running the current Kai page, and if it is one or more of those women.

Karim, my parents intercepted one of the letters he had written back to me, that's how they found out i was writing to Kai. They were angry that I was writing to someone in jail and thought it was a sexual pen-pal thing, which it was not, or that I had some kind of criminal fetish (big false). They told me that Kai would give my information to perverts or dangerous inmates and I had endangered the family. So I was really shocked when an old admin told me that that's basically exactly what had happened to someone else after I left the group and stopped writing.

    • @Kaiblackbird

Polexia Aphrodisia I am going to make a video of these inconsistencies you are saying. You are stating as a fact that Kai gave information of minors to people in jail.
So basically you stated as a fact that. That is the definition of slander. Also you said when you were 17 in past tense . that means you are 18 and And you should be old enough to know that slander is not okay.
Also you changed in the same thread on a different comment your story and said somebody told you that falsehood.

      @polexiaaphrodisia8838 5 лет назад +6

@@Kaiblackbird you're free to make whatever video you like. I reconnected with an admin of the original group after I noticed it had been disbanded, which was over a year after I left/unfollowed the group. I asked her for updates on Kai and why the group had been disbanded. It was her who told me about the crazy women and about how Kai had changed attitude and given the contact info of a minor female to another male inmate who was in his late fifties. Also, my comment would be considered libel, not slander, if it was false - and a judge would dismiss it as hearsay anyway if you tried doing anything in court with it - but whatever. I am well over eighteen and I know the difference between slander, libel, and RUclips comments. I commented on this video in the first place not to spread any kind of damage against Kai, but to provide a little bit of extra information that was not covered in the video and is relevant to the story of Kai and the original support group he had. As well as to warn anyone who wants to join the cause that there are crazy, unstable, and potentially dangerous people in the "movement" as well, and as long as those unstable people are still in close contact with Kai then communicating with him or trying to help him may not be entirely safe.

I can't say what happened in Kai's situation, but I can say that I know MANY boys who have encountered similar situations.. It's not just us girls who are targeted (myself even having been "ruffied" once).. Not only does it happen, it happens maybe even more often because guys are less likely to talk about it and report it.

As a female survivor the amount of boys and men that are survivors that have talked to me privately was equal to the amount of women who have talked about it openly. We women get asked are we sure , yet males get asked why they didn't fight back and taunted by the very people that were supposed to help them. Man or woman it's usually the reaction of the very 1st person we tell and their reaction is why we keep quiet. If someone that knows us treats us that way ...why go further and be subjected to more trauma?

Just discovered your channel, here's an update as of April 2019
"After the murder charges, the video views increased substantially increasing its viral reach. Fans of the video, who considered Kai a hero for saving the woman, raised a legal fund. Kai was imprisoned for over five years awaiting trial which began April 1, 2019. Kai took the stand in his own defense and was combative during cross examination; he made an outburst during his defense lawyer’s closing arguments nearly leading to his expulsion from the court room. A jury found him guilty of first-degree murder and he was sentenced to 57 years in prison. He will serve 85 percent of that term before the possibility of parole, with the judge telling McGillvary, "when you become eligible for parole, you will still be younger than Mr. Galfy was when you murdered him." Galfy was 73 at the time of his death. Kai said he planned to appeal the conviction."
Kai attempted to appeal his conviction in 2021 and lost.

Sounds like a lot of conflicts of interest if it's true the relationships between the lawyer and others involved with the investigation and trial. Hopefully this will all come to light if that's the case.

    • @lougarou6847
      @lougarou6847 6 лет назад +4

It is true. There have been and continue to be many conflicts of interest in the investigation and prosecution of Kai's case. The extent of the misconduct that has occurred and continues to occur is not acceptable by any standard. It most certainly does not comport with the standards of justice set forth by the US Supreme Court or any other court in the country.
