I'm studying computer science and wanted to use this for that and creating virtual machines with virtual box as I have a Mac book AIR lap top and I need to learn windows OS too I'm thinking this may be a good addition. Do you think this would work for virtual box?? Ty
I guess so, but never tried it sorry ... But if you need more power then maybe try y Ryzen 5. I'm currently testing a 5600U and it's a huge power house .... and not much more expensive. Will release the video today ....
Yeah I'd rather recommend this one which is much better for gaming: it's small but very powerful and still almost perfectly quiet Beelink mini PC I'm using now as desktop replacement and even for some decent gaming (like Rocket League): amzn.to/3UJ7NC0. See also full review here: ruclips.net/video/euHLm4cvG_A/видео.html
Then I'd highly (!!) recommend to go with something faster like a 5600U which you can get for not much more like this one here below $250 (affiliate link): amzn.to/3TaAt7Q. This one here is much ... much ... much ... faster ;-))
Sorry IDK .... but for gaming I'd recommend a cheap AMD like a 5600u and not a n95 if that's what you want. Price is usually almost the same .... but AMD has much more power
My ACEPC with J4125 is identical and has 2 problems... 1 heats up a lot because the fan is small and the air enters and exits only from below... 2 The fan spins very often and therefore is also noisy. It's a shame to mount an alder in a poorly designed mini pc...🙄
Thanks for letting us know. I don't understand why some manufacturers are totally messing up with the fan .. still in 2023. It's not rocket-science. Max is 170hz. With my small PC I reduced details once and played with 150hz RL ... never tried more, but should be possible. Love this monitor even tho it's not zero ghosting.
Sorry can't remember any more how it's with this mini pc. Yes with some mini pc you can upgrade, but with some not. I've checked the listing pics and I would say it's most likely not upgradeable.
Why won't my sound work???? The monitor has sound on my old computer but not this one. You trch support only sent me to this video and that's all they could do. Do i have to return this?
@@ChristineMatus-g6z VGA doesn't have sound but I guess you know ... ,but HDMI should have of course. Did you check the cabe and audio settings on the Win System?
LOL ... never heard such thing. 99,9999999% sure they are wrong. AMZ support is useless. If you have a Windows system and HDMI you should be able to have sound. I have a similar Beelink mini PC and also using HDMI and have a Samsung 32" monitor with built-in speakers and working perfectly.
Depends on what kind of software and also depends on what speed you expect to work, but I'd say it should. You can even used it for some light video editing, hence shouldn't be a problem for music editing ... I guess ... I've you're not sure - buy this one - it's much faster and not much more expensive: amzn.to/3EWmUmc
It's OK, but not really great, better buy one with 5560U CPU for gaming like this one: amzn.to/428PkmX. Here you can play most games in 1080p with 'medium' settings. I'm using this one since a few months now also for gaming and super happy. Here the full review: ruclips.net/video/euHLm4cvG_A/видео.html
Street fighter V runs very slowly on it. Playable in that you can see the graphics without them flickering, but everything moves slowly. That's the biggest pc game I have. Fire pro wrestling plays fine, and certain emulators run well. Retroarch for arcade games and Nes, SNES, genesis, turbografx 16 and PlayStation and Sega Saturn games runs just fine. Redream for Dream cast games runs great too. I don't know about Xbox360 or ps2 emulation though. I will try later.
Quick update: xemu will run games up to the menu, but you can't play them without severe slowdown, so I assume the same is true for ps2 and 360 emulation.
IDK ... I'm only playing very few games (usually RL) but I would not buy this for Rainbow six. I would buy this one instead. It's much faster and has awesome cooling (very efficient and almost impossible to hear the fan): amzn.to/3QQSOWu (and I'm playing RL and Wreckfest in 1080p with 30fps)

you'd probably want something a bit more powerful tbh. A 4 core laptop cpu isn't the best for virtualization.

Would this be good for editing videos from my gopro to upload to RUclips?
It will work, but not really good
Alder lake n95 or celeron 5105 ?
Yeah they are pretty close, but the N95 is a bit faster and is newer
Do you have a link to a pdf of the manual?
Sorry I don't but usually there's not a lot of info in such PC manuals anyway.

Can you show in detail how to upgrade the ssd storage? I'm thinking about getting this pc but I will need much more space
Just remove the M.2 screw and then you should be able to lift the old m.2 ssd out and push the new one into the socket and tighten the screw again

Hard to find any good information but I guess the i3 6006U is still much faster
