beautiful!
Tony I dont want to make this weird but I'm going to have to pin this.......hope you're doing good man.
...and I thort I was getting a little creepy complimenting your wife 🤣
And where are you This old Tony? Video frequency has decreased a lot after the big break you took. Hope you and your family are doing well.
As an architect, just wanted to weigh in and say very nicely done. Guys like you make us look good... and literally, without you, we would not be able to achieve anywhere near the same result. Thank you for your expertise and all the unpaid hours you've invested in order to gain it. And thank you for all the times you've educated an architect on your craft.
Hey Aaron, I'm a 21 year old apprentice fabricator and a big fan of your channel it would be really helpful to me if you did a video on how you got your start in welding/ fabrication and how you got to where you are now
sure man ill start thinking about putting something like that together.
@@westweld Anticipation ensues, for me as well. Career pivot at 33 into welding and what you do is very inspiring. True *craftsman/artisans like yourself offer a lot to learn from and the boons are appreciated. 🙏
Would have to be one of the most precise handrails I’ve seen 😳
Very clever with using those short sections of tube to hold the main rail. Welding the whole tube would have caused a lot of distortion.
This is straight up artwork. Well done, never stop!
I just get high when I watch your channel, the music design is top class!
What neatness, precision, pedantry, order and rationality in everything!)
With this approach to any business, you need to build space shuttles, not railings, you can immediately see a professional in your field!
Although I guess you take for your work as for the construction of a space shuttle?)
Amazing and beautiful work. Now I understand why railing is so expensive. LOL. You have to be a real metal working pro with years of experience and lots of expensive machine tools to make this quality custom product.
first time watching your your video, and loving your work. Now am all in your channel watching each video of your.
Sorry it was so hot. The project looks great. Thank you for the vid.
Thoroughly enjoy your videos. I’m new to welding so much of what you do I can barely comprehend, but still love it.
Excellent job. Great project.
You really came prepared!:)
This railing certainly will outlast the home structure!!
Stumbled on your channel this morning. Cheers from Orchard Mesa! Your approach and execution is top notch, man. Also... ToT giving you a shout out! Hell yeah. Keep it up man!
Great stuff!!! That table is utterly incredible, plus he setup gear. I am a complete HTP Fanboy, zero question. Their customer service is second to none. I have the Tig Button as well, I can never go back now.
I really like when people can spend the money to hire somebody like you who does the jobs in a proper way.
I like the design and the ease it creates on the installation side I’ll have to keep this one in mind. Great work
Thanks for taking the time to put this video together, I enjoyed it.
Solid work as always! Hope you made out well in this one
Awesome rails! Excellent craftsmanship !!!
Absolutely beautiful. I sure hope you charge enough for that level of skill, tolerance and finish. Installation looked top shelf as well.
Great as always!
A beautiful job. Looks fantastic!!!
Шикарно возьму на заметку. Хорошие перила стильные.
Awesome video and railing!
What elegant work, as usual stellar craftsmanship, just beautiful work. The diversity of your welding table is fantastic. Can’t wait for your next project. Also I had to have one of the oil cans, was the last one in stock, thank you very much.
Thanks Big Al I appreciate it you'll like the oil can
I Never get tired of watching you set up and work. You are an Amazing craftsman. Thanks for sharing.
..... I didnt binge watch all your videos, you binge made them.
Needless to say I subscribed.
I'm a hobby machinist at best and I severely enjoy the tricks I can see that appear to be less-measurement but are actually clever indexing.
Big thumbs up for your work and I'm a little jealous of your tools.
I could watch you creating these masterpieces all day. Its unbelievable what you can create young man and thanks heaps for bringing us along for the ride.
Fine craftsmanship! Enjoyed watching every minute.
Amazing work. I’m a fabricator my self. So much craftsman ship and detail to everything. Beautiful.
Awesome work, excellent video and sound track. Please keep them coming. Thank you!
Beautiful work!
That's a great looking railing! Thanks for sharing your process!
That second wheel i used is new it works really good and replaces alot of intermediate wheels but any metabo dealer should be able to get it in 60 or 120 grit I like the 60 for brushed stainless....the first blue wheel is 60 grit and I just use it to get rough spots out first
@@westweld Thanks for the information! Greatly appreciated!
Красота, хорошая работа!
What a cool job done!
Very nice job. Thanks for sharing !!
Great work! Very nice piece
Nicely done!
That is so nice!
Εισαι πολυ μπροστα φιλε μου.Μπραβο σου.
Very cool job, thank you for sharing!
Now that is a over engineered handrail. Really love how you made that. Hope the client spends many ours looking for al the details.
Belongs in a museum, beautiful work!
Yuchol!! Thanks man
Beautiful work, great design, great video.
Absolutely amazing work. I always love when you put out a new video. Phenomenal craftsmanship, excellent video quality, amazing attention to detail, and great recommendations during the voice overs. What more could us lazy wanna-be's ask for??
Thanks for sharing!
thanks Kevin I appreciate it man
такая работа за деньги не делается !
все настолько точно что хоть в космос запускай ))
я честно говоря до середины видео думал что это какой то супер пупер механизм
а оказалось просто перила
to the perfection .great job .
Great work, as usual.
Quality all the way. Nice, very nice.
those handrails came out really really nice. excellent work
Thanks man it was alot of drilling and not much welding
Превосходная работа!!!
Masterful!
Awesome !
I did this stuff for 40+ years but retired a couple years ago. I now do all my fabrication vicariously through you! Ha! This is exceptional work, and watching your work processes and attention to detail is very refreshing in this “hurry up and finish” world we live in! Congrats! Something that surprised me was the corners. I’ve had guard railing jobs failed by building inspectors (I’m in NC) because the top rail was not continuous in the 90 degree corners like yours! Had to go back in and connect it all! B I’s are a pain in the ass on the east coast! They said after the fact that if a certified engineer drew up prints showing it non continuous, then it would be fine!!
Thanks Tom....I know on stairs it has to be continuous but never had in issue in this situation
@@westweld I’ve always heard that there’s two code books to go buy in the US. At least in my part of the world, working in one county versus another can be a world of difference in Building Inspection people! I have friends that are builders, and they flatly refuse to work in the county I live in because the inspection department is so inconsistent and just generally hard to deal with! Keep up the good work WW! You have a rare talent!
Where abouts are you in NC? I'm in Charlotte, and spend a lot of time at Lake Lure & Boone/Blowing Rock.
right hand thumb at 21.05, anyone who has ever fabricated with stainless steel knows all about the lacerations and scars ! nice work mate
Very clean handrail and fence👍
spectacular !
BEAUTIFUL! This is more artistic craftsmanship than skilled tradesman work.
Awesome!!! New West Weld Video. Been waiting for this brother.
Great video. I had problems with the acetone evaporating in those just rite cans because it’s hot where I am at. I use sure shot sprayers for acetone now.
That a good idea ill have to try that
Dang good work brother! God bless
Excellent teamwork! Love the handrails. Stainless is a very good idea and looks great, especially with your attention to detail on the finishing. Loved the video 👍
Thanks Craig I still want to do that video with you someday right now im stuck filming ny regular work
@@westweld Yes, I am really looking forward to it. I also have a couple of things lined up (and running late) but I definitely want to do a joint video some time when we can fit it in. 🙏👍
Again, nice work. Your attention to detail is astounding.
Details in the fabrication, yes. Details like setting the ladder backwards at 17:30...woops!
Looks awesome 👌
Really nice work. Thanks for sharing.
Great!
Very good work.
Просто потрясающе 👍👍👍👍👍
Very, very interesting and nice project.
Outstanding workmanship! Be Safe and Stay Cool.
Thanks Allen
i wish my company would aproove taking so much time fabricating the parts i always say "the work u do before saves u the time at the instalation" but unfortunately not everyone thinks like that so alot of the times there is changes that need to be done at the instilation site and i hate it
I know what you mean man, it sucks working hard in the shop and then having to hack it apart in the field. I would highly recommend working towards being your own boss its alot of work and it takes time but it worth it.
@@westweld Luckily i already have my own set of tools and machines so i can make a few parts at home, unfortunately running your own Business especially in metalworking in Germany is with a lot of Paperwork and i would need a masters degree wich takes 3 years and alot of money, my best bet would probably be to start a company what i need to do anyways for myself. Cause currently im restoring an old car and small parts are impossible to find so i was thinking of making after market oem or better quality parts and that i could really do from home because my shop is not big maybe 40m² and i cant just build a bigger shop to the property due to licensing and such
Freakin awesome workmanship 👌
Nice job !!!!
Pete!! the tig button is great and so is the welder thanks man
Stunning 👍👍😎👍👍
I’m so happy to see your video pop up on my subscription notification I am leaving you a comment of awesome! before I watch it.. Thank you for some of my most favorite yt content!!
Thanks man hope you enjoy
beautiful
Great video and nice work.👍
Thanks man
Awesome work! Great video! And great music!
I wonder how you did that trick with the arc from the tig on your thumb? That looks so cool, and was crisply filmed!
Wow! That was an amazing job. You have some awesome tooling. I think you have more of those Milwaukee tool boxes than Home Depot.
Thanks.....I think they are the best thing milwaukee has ever made
it's very beautiful bravo
Great job as always bud...
Thanks man
Top Arbeit 😎👍 Tolles Design das mir sehr gut gefällt.
Grüße aus Deutschland 🇩🇪 👌😎
amazing work I'm so surprised you don't have more followers! great video making skills as well!!!!!
Beautiful work !! Im in the trade as well and I know exactly the ridiculous amount of time you spend fabricating this stainless railing. Awesome work !!! Fu*k man, 4 thumbs up lol
Damn brother👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 love your videos 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Butiful work bro keep it up with videos
Excelente 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
very nice
Awesome work! What grits did you use on those surface conditioning drums? The brushed finish came out great
Nice 🤩
Wow! That is an absolutely gorgeous handrail! Looks REALLY expensive... I built one similar to that but only out of mild steel, used 1 1/2 x 3 rectangular tubing for the top rail and I think 7 or 8 strands of stainless cable..it looked nice but not nearly as nice as yours...I hope you were paid handsomely for all of that precision work... it's 109° in Texas today. I feel for you bro...
Thanks man .....ya the heat sucks makes everything harder
I covet your toys, your skillset, and, most of all, your customers. Srsly tho, beautiful job!
Having employees is always nice but I think it's hard to find someone who's going to take care of the tools and equipment and pay that much attention to detail and precision. They would also require knowledge of machining and welding.
Hello sir! As someone who fabricates handrails and misc metal every day at what I would consider a high level, this video is very humbling. Your patience and attention to detail coupled with rock solid plans makes for a very impressive product! Would love to know what Cad software you are using here? I am new to the channel as of today so I apologize if you have touched on this already, but if that's the case then I'm sure my question will be answered soon as I blocked off the rest of my friday night to dive through your catalogue of videos. Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work!
Thanks man I appreciate that......I use fusion 360 just because there are a ton of videos to learn from on youtube and its pretty affordable
Beautiful work, and always fun to see what new tools and techniques you come up with!
Beautiful work!!! How did the design of the railing come about and how long did this job take?
hey Aaron, i have a question. in one of the hand rail videos, you used a metabo drill/driver. when u push on it, it goes forward, and when u release it/ not push on it, it reverses out. what is the name of the driver/ Attachment. thank you.
I love the videos, and your work is amazing... great job.
WW man u do some very nice work.. Glad I subbed.. Good to see another great video... It must be rough having to haul so much stuff on to the roof in that kind of heat...WW. take care my friend and God Bless you and your family
Thanks Gary I appreciate that......I only had to climb that ladder 958 times so could have been worse
@@westweld That's for sure.. it's always good to see your videos, wish you could make more, but I can imagine the time it takes to set up your camera to get proper angles and then having to edit it... That's a lot of work.. Well til your next one, be safe...
Beautiful!
You need to pin this as well 😏
😂 you crack me up
My hero
Aaron, Beautiful work! On your flex arm do you adjust the air pressure for the correct torque for a tap size or does it use tap holders to set the torque? Also, is there any adjustment needed for stainless steel over mild steel?
Thanks Allen!.....the tap holders have an adjustable ring I just had to tighten it up a little bit for stainless
