    How did you extend the cables for your pwm

    • @funkymonkey0009
      @funkymonkey0009  4 месяца назад

      Spliced the wires. Cut the ribbon and spliced each individual wire. It was time consuming and tedious.

      Check out Aksmanisyak’s channel. He has the link for the transom mount which is just some plastic cutting boards. But the Tarpon 120 has that weird cutout in the back I think for a rudder…? I ended up using a door sliding lock/latch from Home Depot to fit into that carve out. Then that gave me a flush surface to mount the plastic cutting boards.

    What pwm and power meter did you use? I’ve been looking on that other guy’s channel and can’t find what you’re using.

    Hi there; l have the same kayak and lam experiencing the same problem that you show with PWM more power is back? Can you help me with that it will be appreciated thanks

      The easiest way would be to mount the power dial on the other side of the kayak. So that when you dial it forward, it gives more power. I’m right handed so I just installed it on the right side of my kayak. Installing it on the left side would give you the opposite effect. It’s not a big deal, I got used to it. I’d go with comfort over logic on this one.
