  • It today's video, I am going to be showing you how to make Daredevil's three way Billy Club from Disney+ Daredevil series, formerly a Netflix series. This build is simple and easy to make, all of the materials were picked up from the hardware store. With Daredevil coming to the MCU, I have been foaming at the mouth to build his club, but I had to plan on HOW to make his club exactly like the tv show. It took some time, but I think I got it!

    Is it possible to make this without a belt sander and dremel? It looks amazing and I would love to make this one day.

    • @LockProps
      @LockProps  2 месяца назад +1

      I guess you could with sandpaper, but honestly, that would be way too much work to follow it exactly like mine where you can open it up three different ways. But I HAD to use the belt sander for the Nunchaku section. The belt sander was also vital in sanding down the adapter pieces that had too much material or had extra things on the sides. If you just did the two PVC pipes and the twist connector, then that would work!

    I watched your katana video and wanted to make that but cosplay foam isn't available where I live so can you suggest an alternative

    • @LockProps
      @LockProps  Год назад +1

      Maybe not cosplay foam, but if I was in a situation where I didn't have that, I would be looking for gym floor mats like this: amzn.to/3D5kNvX Downside is that you would have to sand down the side that has a pattern, I did this when I first started. Then if I didn't have that, then I would go to my local craft store or hardware store and find a piece of wood that is around half and inch thick so you can be able to cut out the shape of the sword AND be able to sand down the sides and it will also be very lightweight, I believe Birch is one that is pretty light. If I was on con crunch and needed to get something out ASAP, then I would work with cardboard, I know it's not the sturdiest of materials, but it is widely available and can shape, glue, and cut out with ease. I hope this helps out!
      Side note: it is currently Halloween time, so I would also say maybe to go to a nearby Halloween store and maybe check out what they have and then repaint it!

    How much for the cost in materials?

    • @LockProps
      @LockProps  Год назад +1

      If I am just going off of the materials, not including the tools I used, I’d say the cost was roughly $50-$60. The most expensive thing was the spray cans I used, you can get whatever kind of paint you want, but I do like Montana spray cans so I paid extra for those colors.

    Which parts does it separate on

    • @LockProps
      @LockProps  7 месяцев назад +2

      It’s divided in 3 sections, one middle piece and two red bars one bar is hollow that holds the string and stopper, then the other side is just twisted into place and when it detaches the middle part stays on the other side with the string.
