Hey guys! Welcome to this AWESOME daredevil helmet tutorial! I’ll be honest? I started this project as a quick test to see if I could even MAKE a good fitting helmet. But after it started to come out pretty sick I knew I needed to make a video for it!
In this tutorial I’ll take you through the process I used to make Matt Murdock iconic helmet from Marvels Daredevil!
3D printing, painting, electronics and more! Enjoy!

Great video! For the textured fabric, a lot of it is a painted on texture. You could do the same thing making a pattern in a cricut (or probably on a 3D printer, or on a regular printer and being very careful with an exacto blade) and then airbrushing the pattern onto the fabric.

Just found your channel and have been binging a number of your videos. You do a great job with explaining and keeping things concise which makes watching you videos very easy.
This particular video sparked some questions and I'm hoping you have a video that can help.
The first is how did you get your head scanned? Did you DIY or did you go somewhere for that?
The second is I recently switched over to a 0.6 nozzle and have been having some difficulty getting it to print well as opposed to my 0.4 nozzle that I could print anything with. Do you have a tips/tricks/your settings that you use for the 0.6 nozzle?
