I love the bag work most of all but doing some body weight exercises at the end is a great finish. I don't enjoy that part but it is super necessary so I'm ready to suffer at the end! Lastly I'm more intermediate level, so some nice combos that I can try in sparring but not too complicated. Like effective but being able to use good techniques. That would be awesome. Thanks guys

I’ve been in and out of gyms all my life, just moved to a new city and was looking for a good yt kickboxing workout while I look for a local gym. This is the best one out there, feels and plays out exactly like a real muay Thai gym workout. Right down to the dreaded core workout at the end of every session 😂 nailed it gentlemen 💪🏼

For the level I prefer mediate to pro. It is nice to learn a few new things, and have a decent cardio session. If it is to much, we can slow down a little :) Looking forward to new video's!

You can do it on different ways, make a Switch or just make a step with your dominant leg forward so your non dominant leg can make more power. It also depends on where your opponent stands, far or close to you.

@@KickboxingOnlineTraining Hi, thanks for asking! I prefer 40/50 minutes, with some body weight exercises in the warm up, between rounds and some core work at the end. For the level I prefer mediate to pro. It is nice to learn a few new things, and have a decent cardio session. If it is to much, we can slow down a little :) Looking forward to new video's!

Why using shin protections against an heavy bag? You can reinforce them while boxing it, it's one of the purpose.
You can use shinguards on a heavy bag when you have a small injury on your shins.
