  • Authentic Teriyaki that has been with my family for over a century. Unlike most restaraunts that just pour thick sweetened soy sauce over grilled meats and call it Teriyaki, this recipe is the real deal. Oh by the way, these taste better the next day when served cold.

    Air fry instructions for cooking indoors? I can almost taste that sauce already 🍽

      Since the chicken is boneless, by Air Frying 12 minutes? Maybe less if using the skewers. I would start checking doneness at around 9 minutes and adjust the timing accordingly. Teriyaki always best charcoaled grilled but air fry is equivalent to broiling so it would be a good alternative---just have to keep an eye on as by air frying the skin may become burnt. Taste better next day when served cold:)
