That's a great looking piece of meat makes me want a rotisserie for the 1050
Does doing a rotisserie chicken/prime rib taste any diff to a normal smoked one? Seems a bit of a gimik. Hope I’m wrong.
Will any rotisserie fit on the 1050 or does master build make one specific for it?
Hi there! We make a rotisserie specifically for our Gravity Series line. Here is the link🔥 www.masterbuilt.com/collections/accessories/products/gravity-series-rotisserie-kit
I have the 560. What do you do when the firebox burns out?

At the 3:24 mark when they are spaying the rotisserie is spinning the wrong way, later in the video it is back to turning the correct direction. Is this a flaw in the unit?
The reason I am asking, I have one of these rotisserie devices on my 1050 and last weekend doing chickens at one of the checks I saw the thing not rotating just rocking one direction and back the other direction. I saw the collar the threads into the motor was hanging on the spit bar no longer connected to the motor. Trying to figure out how this happened, I think this video gives me some answers, because if it reversed direction, then it could cause the collar to unthread. I believe a counter weight might prevent this not sure, it is a DC motor.
