Likely you're not following the instructions. I am able to do this in Galway with no problems.

I have one question I'd appreciate if you could help me with 😇... Is there a way to add an option so I could actually cut to the extra 'scanned' gingiva and not on the jaw scan? It doesn't cut to the actual gingiva and maybe there is something I'm skipping...

I don't understand what you are asking for. In this case it adapted to the model because I don't have a gingiva scan, otherwise everything would have adapted to the gingiva scan.

@@portaldigitaldentistry415 Well... If I also have Gingiva Scan it won't adapt to it but to the model... so each time I have to manually cut whatever exceeds the gingiva...
