Wally- Love all of your tutorials and Reviews-I would like to know when you do Inlays and Onlays - how to you navigate that with your patients? Because insurance companies like to deny Inlays and Onlays, but they pay for composite fillings.
Well I have never had an onlay denied. Send a narrative that “the only other option was that of a core and crown”. Inlays do get downgraded and my patients pay the difference

This looks like it'll work great if the bite didn't change any, but what about full arch cases (especially when the bite changes), how would that work?

It does any version of Rijeka. Will not work on Galway. It’s a pretty advanced technique and if one step is missed it won’t work.

The same exact way. You should do your waxup at the desired vertical. The prep scans are aligned to that
