Kim's Rude Awakening - From Season 1 Episode 10 "The Medinas": In the karaoke-loving Medina household, Mom does all the work and then complains that no one ever helps out.
Her husband and three adult children are happy to take advantage but since Priscilla has her own way of doing things and won’t use the dryer, they also have to put up with laundry and knickers hanging everywhere.
That’s where domestic diplomats - Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut - come in. They vow to give Priscilla some assertiveness training, and are determined to teach her brood some desperately needed life skills, too… But can they first get them to think as a team?
Mike rounds up the kids to teach them some kitchen basics and Kim runs a workshop in laundry 101, and teaches Priscilla that housekeeping can be fun.
As a final test, the family must clean their entire house, and transform their storage locker guestroom into a cozy bedroom for Priscilla’s three-year-old grandson. They only have 24 hours… Can the Medinas pull it off?

Noticed husband/father didn't really get w/the program. Is that a cultural mindset? The kids finally started helping and that made the mom happy and they will be happier too. They will take pride in what they can accomplish.
I Cannot imagine how her three adult children would cope if they had their own homes to run.

The father does absolutely nothing. The kids have learned from him to treat their mom like a servant.
Your mom isn't the maid, slavery is long gone. You're all able to cleanup after your selves, why do you think it's funny?

What a shame especially for the ladies and with the Kid. my boys are 13 and 6 they help clean up the house.
Hopefully they'll really change not just for the cameras. Hope they will stick to this change and make it a habbit to clean up.
