Nice job removing the membrane! No paper towel, or getting it started with a butter knife! Impressive! Interesting process, the hot water, I ask because I don't know,.."why?" First time I have seen that. Love the color in the end! Enjoyed watching! God Bless!
I'm still deciding between the propane, like yours or the charcoal model. Your propane model did an excellent job, any issues with it since you've owned it.
No issues at all if you want to get into smokers i will recommend a propane smoker and i highly recommend a dyna glo vertical propane smoker they have them in 36 inch, or the 43 inch, the dyna glo smoker have a seal in around the door to keep the heat and the smoke inside the cook chamber so there not heat and smoke lost, and it very reliable, and It's very inexpensive, They have a charcoal verison also dyna glo vertical charcoal smoker but its a learning process how to maintain fires and maintain temperature, how much charcoal to use, so for me i will recommend a propane smoker from dyna glo.
For your information, I did not boil the ribs. I put hot water on the ribs and then I let it cool down and then I put in the refrigerator and let marinade for a couple days, and then I take it out of the refrigerator and I put in the smoker, keep grilling we make mistake and we learn from our mistakes keep grilling

Any tips on rack placements depending on meats?
What are your temperatures how you keep them steady. I am so frustrated with my temp fluctuations. From low to high
Use a water pan that will help to control the temperature, and adjust your smoker on low
I keep my at 275 or 300
@@smokegrill3058 thats not too high? I hear everyone swears by 225
@@smokegrill3058 can i add a second pan of water?
Thank you Mr. 305.i spent Memorial day over 14 hours watching some ribs.
What is the thing that you have connected to your propane tank? Is it like a regulator
