Nope, not "any" HP series 15. My hinge covers do not pop off, and they have rubber feet in them that were concealing screws. Worse, HP put a secondary cover under the foot, since when I tried to pop one off it was not moving at all like yours so I decided to pull one of the feet out and there was no hole. How do you change the God Damn Keyboard, I opened the laptop and the motherboard remains on that part, I assume I will remove everything from it still, I cannot see any way in which I can change the keyboard. I have a Pavilion 15 ab100NQ
ruclips.net/video/_JKv7kdx9vs/видео.html watch this video is the same method to change the keyboard.
Hey! Is this HP Pavilion 15-ab292nr ?
I have a Pavilion 15z and this is completely unlike my laptop in the external case.
i need to replace the palmrest do i really have to dismantle everything like this? can i not just take the inside out with it all attached then screw it to the new palmrest?
I also found out that a lone tiny black screw I found in my room was from my laptop's disc drive and had no idea until I took it apart. My disc drive was loose the whole time and I had no idea.
thanks.. but my 4th series 15.6 pavilion has many screws underneath the keyboard, so it'll be harder to disassemble 😑. However, I removed those screws✌️
