- This is one of only three Vekoma wooden coasters currently operating, along with Loup-Garou at Walibi Belgium and Thundercoaster at TusenFryd in Norway. It's also one of four coasters that opened at the park after the purchase of Walibi Flevo by Six Flags in 2000. Do you know what the other three are?

I enjoyed this ride, even though it was shaky it wasn't a bad ride.
But hey, 2019 Timber Trip(?) will be amazing!

Very underappreciated rollercoaster.
Yes, it is pretty bumpy, even for woodie standards, but it's still not the bad painful kind of roughness like Bandit in Movie Park has.
I'd even say that it gives a better ride experience.
And beside of that, it has some nice airtime and drops, and a really cool out and back style layout. So, I really quite like this rollercoaster.

Hartschaum No, it’s painful alright, but most importantly it’s hilarious. Throughout the entire ride I was laughing, because at times it feels like you’re riding a shopping cart down a set of stairs.

Basement Dweller Rode Wilde beast at Canada’s wonderland on my 2018 coaster world tour - came off with black and blue bruises. I said a similar thing about that 😜

This ride was my first rollercoaster and I rode it when I was 8. It’s closed down, however I still remember it as the roughest coaster I’ve ever enjoyed

Vekoma = known for rough coasters
Wooden coasters = know for being rough
So why would anyone want to add the two together!?
I've ridden a wooden vekoma coaster and i don't think it was that rough of a ride
All Vekoma Wooden Coasters are actually really good
+David Plant TOGO has a woodie over in Japan in fact it's also a RCCA and a massive underbanked cyclone in a run down park.

Looks good. Rather smooth, for those who don't like to ride the rough woodies. Not very twisty, either. But nice big drops, good speed, and LOTS of air time make this a good one, from what I can see here. ☺

Bob Schneider Well, it's mostly the trains that make this ride so uncomfortable actually. (beside the fact that most wooden roller coasters don't do 'comfort' hehe.) I rode this coaster many times when I was younger and they had better, more comfortable trains back then. I don't remember being tossed around so much in my seat as before. Or ending up with so may bruises XD

Thanks to this coaster I had to go see a physical therapist since my neck was very painfull due to the rough stops in there. was a very fun ride till I got back

Glad I got to ride this before it closed, but man it was super rough. Loads of fun, but Untamed is far better.
This coaster is decent as long as you avoid the back row. You'll never be as aware that there are wheels beneath you :D
i had no idea that vekoma made wooden coasters.
Theres probably a good reason for that.
I'm actually mad that people are excited that this coaster is getting Iron Horse track on it. I mean, yeah, it's cool, but how easy is it to lay back your head on something? You can easily do it. And that's the reason I get good rides on suspended looping coasters. Maybe because I am a coaster enthusiast who rides a few coasters every week (I am in Belgium right now and I just left Plopsaland De Panne). Not every bad wooden coasters need a Iron Horse unless they are way too terrible. Take GhostRider for example, it got GCI track on it and it's my favorite wooden coaster in California!

joris en de draak is veel beter. heeft een betere drop. kan flexibele dingen doen waardoor het lijkt of je bijna van de baan af vliegt. en heeft de beste karretjes... gewoon lounge banken. jammer genoeg zit robin hood verschrikkelijk

It's not ! It looks rough because the camera is on the coaster. Look at my channel, i recorded this roller coaster with my phone on ride, it's really not rough !
theripoffchicago it's rough but not painfully rough though it depends on how your sitting and where I was in the middle and only hurt my butt (because it's wood your sitting on)

Ryan Stadler Maybe your'e thinking of Wild Beast in Medieval Faire? I find Mighty Canadian Minebuster to be quite smooth due to the fact that it's out and back, while Wild Beast is a twisted track that I personally haven't rode since 2010 (5 year now!). :-)
