He's right. There is so much stigma. After 15 years with an alcoholic/drug addicted husband....several years into it, I developed severe Anxiety Disorders, although I didn't know it at the time, because I had never heard of such a thing. But an addict, the things the bring to the table, the chaos, the constant lies, disappearing for sometimes weeks at a time, etc., it's like living on this crazy roller coaster and you never know which way the roller coaster will go, up down, straight drop down, who knows.... ....that would create Anxiety Disorders in anyone, espeically if they already had a childhood filled with sexual abusve, alcoholic father, etc. as I did. Now that I am starting to understand my mental illness, I also understand the HUGE amount of stigma over it. I made the terrible mistake of telling my mother, when visiting her, and she immediatly dentied there was any stigma, then immediatly said 'You could stop this if you really wanted to'. Uh huh. Soooo, no stigma, hey ma? (eye roll). It's very cool to see him doing this. I remember listening to Glass Tiger as a kid in the 80s, I think it was the early 80s. I had this walkman and I'd put in my GT tape and it allowed me this kind of escape...I could block out my crazy family and all their yelling and drinking or whatever they were doing.
Actually it was a great interview. Michael thank you for doing your part in raising awareness of this terrible desease that's labelled as mental health. It's treatable but if not caught early it will kill just like cancer
Let me guess - you're young. Maybe 25. Maybe 35. Young enough that you haven't yet realized that this will happen to you, too. It's called ageing, my young friend. It's called 35 years have passed. Very out-of-line that on a video on mental health, you feel the need to be so rude and insensitive.
Very talented group😮😮😮
He was hot in the 80s 🔥

Worst interviewer EVER...”Yeah, that’s sad. Anyway about your documentary...”
Can't even recognize him now.
I know...I grew up trying to mirror his look back in the days. Time spares no one and this is proof that aging is NOT just a number 😔
He grew up
