Danielle you have truly inspired me to return to investing in myself and taking care of myself. I’ll be honest my mental health plummeted due to work stress and life and I have developed an unhealthy dependency on a certain substance. I really want to go on a life cleanse and take a break from the substance and replace it with good nourishing things for myself. I loved yoga but haven’t done it in months. I wanna garden, I wanna write. I hate how dependent I am and it reminds me of my drug addict mother. Sorry to ramble. I’m typing this out to keep myself accountable that I will make the change to take care of myself and my body ❤️

Omg I almost cried with you bc I understand everything that your saying. I’m going through a similar phase where I just need change, discipline, and to focus on myself. And I feel so at peace. I’m taking baby steps but whenever I feel happy I stop and start to cry bc I really forgot how it feels to be at peace with life. I’m like “omg is this okay to feel this happy!?” Ha 😅 good luck continuing your journey. ❤
