Hi Sir… which millets are good for diabetes… ? And where i can find good quality millets
Dr khadar suggests eating all 5 siridhanya millets to cure any disease.
He has given a protocol to be followed for all diseases. You have to follow the full protocol that for diabetes in your case.
Also he has suggested wood pressed oils to use.

If one is healthy, Dr khadar suggests all 5 siridhanya millets be consumed each one for 2 days then repeating this cycle from 11 th day.
@@RajanSinghJolly i actually have elevated SGOT SGPT and fatty liver, so was wondering if i should have it daily for some time
