it looks like acid held down on the analog stick which made Cap go past the ledge with the up b so it got the command grab but he was still hit by the dtilt so it dragged Ryu out.

im surprised people havent put ryu as top dog in smash 4. he racks up damage as well as sheik. but unlike her he can get kills insanely easy. Seriously if ryu gets a combo linking blow you die and if you do any unsafe moves on sheid you die. While sheik has to rely on hard reads.

+Damien not to slam on you or anything but he probably has c-stick set to attack so he can move in between up-tilts confirming almost all of them at certain percents. Also +Nashi Boernhoern , it doesn't need nerfing, Acid literally waked into that up-tilt combo like 2 times. Plus you need to put in those inputs extremely fast to confirm the true shoryuken.

It's a true combo on fast fallers and on characters without a quick move, floaty characters can escape a bit more easily.
If more people were willing to learn the technique behind ryu's command inputs and combos, he'd be a top tier character
