+darymetal You can do it pretty easily if you set c-stick to attack and use it to up tilt while also inputting the true shoryuken on the analog stick in the opposite direction. It probably took a lot of practice since Trela did it really fast.
+darymetal He did the input in the opposite direction WHILE Ryu was up-tilting. The window is really tight but I tried it myself and it's possible with practice. Also, there are actually 3 different true shoryuken inputs and the Z input (in my opinion) is the slowest to execute (check out the My Smash Corner Ryu video for the other inputs). Trela may have used one of the other inputs instead.
AstralNemea I only say that because the other ROB's that I talk to like Mister Eric, Gyo, and Holy all agree that OCEAN is the best ROB in the world since we all just learn from him.
I usually applaud characters when they have really "op" options like that, because I'd rather everyone get really buffed than top tiers always getting nerfed. It's more fun to balance that way.

I love dealing with ROB. ROB players always act surprised when I start using their own items against them. Same with Megamans.
