6 years late here. But your 14.3psi pressure is regular 'ole atmospheric. That is the pressure the atmosphere exerts at sea level. 1 bar.
Can you turn your cooling fan on with the app? Or open the thermostat?
No. You would need a 2 way diagnostics system for things like that.
pro tip : watch movies at Flixzone. I've been using them for watching loads of movies lately.
Check/change your vehicle profile settings...and the things that are not reading correctly will probably start reading correctly.
