    Ahoj, si veľmi zlatá.
Obľúbil som si tvoje videá, sú príjemné, nenútené, relaxačné.
Pokračuj v tom ďalej, držím palce :)))))

Carnival (karneval) was a thing in kindergarten and first three grades in primary school when I was a kid. I wonder if the tradition is still alive.

Maybe Italy is hotter and there is no need for good door isolation? Thresholds are meant for that. I guess also some aesthetics to separate the types of floor. Though in new houses spaces tend to be more open and paved with same material, so no thresholds.

I never liked the taste of carp, but our family always had a live one in the tub on Christmas.
I loved to watch him swim around and giving him some bread. I was also always so sad when his time come :(

Door thresholds cover the gap between the floor and the door frame, helping to prevent any water leaks, insects or draughts from entering through the opening.

Treshold we use to keep spiders, rats and snakes out of house. The same for each room in house. Maybe in Italy people are not so phobic from scorpios and cockroaches like in Slovakia

You will not see these carp’s pools anymore as it was forbidden last year I guess. Some EU regulation…

Same in Italy - there are many differences even from city to city sometimes (food, dialect…). It could be! But eaten alive, I’ve never even heard of!

I have noticed that the iron curtain still exists in the minds of some people in "old" EU countries🤷‍♀️...than just one question: What is the "central Europe" for Italians - Which countries, and which not anymore, which are east already?

    • @palmacate

It doesn’t at all, it’s just a matter of perspective. And literally, for most “old” EU countries Slovakia, Poland etc. is East, geographically speaking at least…
