Is this much of a take when the refresh is launching as we speak?

I’ve had my GTL for about a month now here in the USA and it’s awesome. Such an amazing ride and just a pleasure to drive. Still get lots of looks in this car because everyone has Tesla’s lol If I had to pick one thing to gripe about it’d be the stereo. It doesn’t fill the car with dynamic sound as you’d expect. For having such a good quality system p, it should be better. My BOSE IN MY CX-9 Had better sound quality. I am going to work with an audio guy to make it better tho. Other than that, I love this car!

@@girlmiaful Yeah this car is great! Regarding the sound system, for cars that cost less than SGD300K in Singapore (~USD223.2K), I personally wouldn't criticise their sound quality too much unless they really sound excruciatingly terrible. In the EV6, I think the sound quality is okay, given that it's Kia's own sound system and not a "branded" one. Another reason why I'm not complaining much is because I know that if the EV6 had a much better sound system, it would jack up the price of the car and given how exorbitant the cost of owning a vehicle in Singapore is, I tend to be in a more forgiving mood when it comes to such luxuries 🤣
Given that the sound system in the Kia EV9 is utterly fantastic, I think it shows that they actually know how to do sound, and the reduction of sound quality in the Kia EV6 is most likely a cost-cutting measure to make it less expensive. Just my two cents.

I purposely went with a 2024 because the mid-cycle refresh didn't offer enough improvements, particularly since it will likely not have any rebates or dealer discounts. Conversely, I got a 2024 Wind AWD for 23% off MSRP, and I prefer the current generation's headlights. It has the appearance of dragon's eyes.
