    Thanks Dan!
    Just realized that fighting the pain is really fighting your self, your beauty, your healing capacity, your inner peace.
    I fought as a kid, adolescent, adult.. it’s enough..
    I’m always into reconciling people with each other, now I have to reconcile and reconnect with my TRUE Self.
    Gonna do that and post of pain starts to dissipate.
    Love swimming btw, but next summer I will focus more on floating 😄!
    Have a wonderful Tuesday Dan and friends ❤❤❤

    Hello, Dan. I have been on the journey of the mind-body connection for four years. For the first two years, I was recovering from narcissistic abuse, and when that was settled and accepted, I started focusing on my chronic neck and shoulder pain. I went through all those avenues you mentioned in your videos and recently discovered your work on RUclips. I am convinced 100% that I am at the last stage of my journey to pain-free life. I love the repetition of your instructions and directions. I finally got it! Everything you say resonates with me-an irreplaceable contribution for empaths and people pleasers. Thank you for your time and service. Amen.

    I've been trying to implement this advice for months due to POTS and post concussion syndrome. I just got diagnosed with venous insufficiency...I guess I am broken after all. I really wanted this to work. To everyone who has pains or symptoms without an actual diagnosis, do yourselves a favor and take Dan's advice. You're incredibly fortunate to not actually have anything wrong with your body.

    • @PainFreeYou
      @PainFreeYou  8 месяцев назад +5

      Lets be very clear. Your diagnosis is your diagnosis. However, what remains unproven is whether or not the symptoms labeled as POTS and post concussive syndrome are actually caused by this diagnosis or if it is a coincidence. There is no doubt in my mind that fear and the perception of danger makes symptoms worse and safety makes them less intense. There is ZERO downside to trusting your body and teaching your brain you are safe. Only benefit. Do not discard this approach.

    • @Inge508
      @Inge508 8 месяцев назад +6

      I feel your despair ! I really do.
      If I would have your symptoms and now new label, I wouldn’t give up on tms.. no way.. I would be so curious of how powerful my mind and healing could be! It would extra motivate me, to get to the other side.. doctors don’t know everything and sometimes throw out a label because they have no solution for our problem thus creating more despair and hopelessness, and less healing !
      Sending you lots of calm and trust in the best healing possible ❤

    • @IndialienJones
      @IndialienJones 8 месяцев назад +2

      @@Inge508 I greatly appreciate your empathy. The thing is..venous insufficiency is a vein disease. The valves in the veins get damaged and allow blood to reflux back down into the legs, causing blood to pool and form bulging varicose veins. Apparently, once a vein valve is damaged, it never heals. As much as I’d like to think the TMS approach could help me, I think it’s wishful thinking and empty hope. I really don’t know what to do. 😕

    • @Inge508
      @Inge508 8 месяцев назад

      @@IndialienJonesi just tried to read somewhat about your difficult condition.
      Yes there is a real structural proces going on but not all veines seem to be prone to damage. There are natural procedures ( herbs, some exercises) that can keep your veines in better shape. Ginger 🫚 is a miracle for all vein- related issues.. you can make tea of it, add it to your meals ..
      If I had that, I would research for successtory and natural cures.. and try to visualize my veins as healing and in a good state. Thus keeping the fear low, the pain manageable and trusting the healing capacities of my body.. nerves , veins, blood cells benefit from treating yourself good and don’t put extra stress on the system.
      Even if it’s not totally mindbody, coming to a place of great selfcare and calm will be beneficial to you.
      So many diseases can be healed or stopped in their progress ! That’s my wish for you!❤

    • @Inge508
      @Inge508 8 месяцев назад +3

      I tried to respond but my answer disappeared 😢..
      Try to keep out of fear and hopelessness.. try activating your healing capabilities with ginger( miracle for veins - tea or fresh in your meal), excercise for good blood circulation..
      Not all veins will be affected so try to stabilize your condition, read ,research for positive stories.. that’s what i would try!
      Am sure you will find ways to stimulate your healing and find your hope again. That’s my wish for you ❤

    Sometimes it feels like deliberate challenging of triggers IS kind of "fighting symptoms" because that's the energy I'm doing it with, so I don't know sometimes if like going on walks etc. to decondition those triggers is actually counterproductive.
