Thank you. I wonder if I made the same mistake of thinking my account was connected because I saw it appear in the download step but didn't click it and follow the steps--that's very, very confusing. I got copyright claims on 2 of my videos but not the others. Also, is the Canva Pro music license valid for past videos if I unsubscribe to Canva Pro in the future? For example, if I publish a video today with Canva Pro music and then cancel my Canva Pro subscription 3 months later, will my video be protected from a valid copyright claim going forward? Thanks
The issue for me, having multiple channels. I have a Canva Pro account, connected to another channel I have from this one. The way I understand you is, I need to upload a new video every time I use it, with a new license, for each account? I use Streamyards to stream my live feeds. What if I go live weekly, on multiple channels? (each having their own different intros and outros, with different songs) Do I have to re-download a new video each time I want to use it after connecting it to each RUclips account? Again, having two channels makes it very difficult to understand these frustrating and confusing rules. I signed up with Canva with one of my channels (so the license is only good for this channel) I need another Canva account for my other channel? (single use license) I already understand for a single channel.
I completely empathise as I have the same issue and the only way does seem to be to have 2 separate accounts as otherwise you don't seem able to connect another RUclips account.
Hello thanks for your video, please if I take a video from canva and I use it in RUclips, I added some editing on it on canva, please is that okay, or will I get a copyright? (The video is pro and I have a pro account)
Provided you've linked your RUclips account to your Canva account, then download you shouldn't have a problem. If you do just go back and state you have a Canva Pro account and RUclips will lift the query.
