- This air fryer marinated roasted vegetable medley is definitely one of the best foods you would make in your air fryer. The vegetables are charred, like it was grilled or roasted in the oven, delicious all the way with perfect crunch!

ingredients
1 Zucchini also known as courgette
2 Bell peppers I used a combination of red and yellow bell pepper
1 small head broccoli
1 medium red onion
Marinade
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp Herb de Provence
Salt and pepper
1½ tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice

This was my second air fryer ruclips.net/user/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . The last one worked fine but was large and a bit loud. This one is outstanding. It is smaller overall but still has plenty of capacity. It crisps the food better. You don't get one side soggy if you forget to turn it over. It is pretty quiet, easy to use, easy to clean, and works great. It chimes to alert you to functions, like when to turn over food that benefits from that. The automatic pre-heat is great. The display is large and easy to read, the light inside is actually useful. The window is worth the extra $10. It looks good sitting out on my counter. I haven't been this happy with an appliance for a long time. Good value for money.
I just tried this and no BS, I really can not believe how good it turned out! I might eat this everyday for the rest of my life. No lie.

I need to try this. Looks like it would be great for meal prep or an easy dinner with chicken. The only thing I might do differently to make it more Mediterranean Diet friendly is substitute the vegetable oil with either olive oil or avocado oil since those are healthier oils. (Love the music to your video too)

Olive oil is great but better not to over heat it. Preferably, you use it without heating. More healthy

My second time using my air fryer. This recipe turned out pretty good. Some of the broccoli was a little over done but I liked the warm vegetables. My wife doesn’t like smoked stuff so I only used half of the smoked paprika and she didn’t comment… I wonder how it would have turned out if I added cheese on top at the halfway point.

Very nice. Added a litre chilli flake. But I would recommend blanching the broccoli for 2 mins and add it to the air fryer when there’s 5 mins left.
Otherwise it gets too charred

But oil spray harsh the basket I guess no? In the instructions says do not apply anything beside the food.
I make my own spray by simply adding vegetable or olive oil to a spray bottle. You can use little oil in the air fryer.

The broccoli got burnt....the rest of the veggies were delicious. Any advice??? I’ll just leave it out.
Like in the oven, broccoli is supposed to get a bit burnt. It adds to the flavors.

Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes and only use virgin olive oil or avocado oil.
After cooking for 15 minutes, spread shredded cheese over veggies and cook for 5 minutes!
I don't get it, why spray oil in the basket if it is anti-adherent and you already covered the veggis in oil?! 🤷♂ Olive oil on the veggies for flavor is fine, but the whole point of an air fryer is to cook oil free.
Because oil is a conductor of heat. You still need a little oil if you want your food to have some sort of crunch. Some food may genuinely doesn’t need oil such as bacon but veggies still need a little oil. But obviously it is significantly less oil compared to frying it in a skillet.

I tried this exact recipe in my air fryer and everything especially the Broccoli came out burnt. I even took it out at 12 minutes and had to throw it all away. I even rotated everything every 2 minutes. I used the exact ingredients as in the video and it turned out bad. That's my feedback.
Why do you need oil with air frier? I thought the whole purpose of air frier to omit using oil...
