    I have this lock, the first one, on my condo in Pigeon Forge. I have been told I can use it via the web and I have heard not. Which is it? I have talked to people at a property management software that say that I can control it through their app/web/software. Well, I need to know because I may be buying more smart locks soon.

      Hi Glenn - Here to help! The SmartCode 270 is a stand-alone lock that cannot be used by an app on your smartphone. Please see our Halo and Aura locks, which can be programmed via the Kwikset App:
