For Anybody having trouble with these annoying things, the red light on the front pad indicates that it is in programming mode. You have to hit the set button on the back to exit that mode. Your master code/user codes should work after the red light in the front is off.
My issue I kept getting is because I didn’t use new batteries. Once I used new batteries and reset the device, instructions were exact!! Hope this helps. Also, to rest, I pressed the set button will one battery was out, held the button, then inserted the last battery.

Master code will not delete.
Mines work good but does it have a wake up key that turn the light on?
I've got so much difficulty even to unlock it
Why after the factory restore it doesnt stay red or go green after ten seconds it just beeps after the code
