Cool Erik! African cichlids tanks are a lot of fun. I really like tanganykian cichlids. Community tanks are a lot of fun too. You can get a lot of movement with all of schooling fish
Those victorian cichlids are sweet. I don't think I've seen them before. I like the black n red of what I assume is dominate male? Edit: what are those little trout looking guys you have in with the rainbows?

What are the fish in the beginning that have a diamond shaped vertical bands?
It the Chapitchys Encaustus which is goodeid species that is native to central Mexico.

Thanks MacPNW. The black and red is the dominant male. The trout like fish would be the chapalicthys encaustus which is a goodied species.
