    Topking shin guards are less bulky, but thick. Bulletproof. The Venum Elite are more streamlined and you get more feel from your opponents.

      Is venum elite good overall??? I'm looking for my first pair of shin guards and they look nice

      @XtopherMartin 2 месяца назад

      @@blazer817 they're great if you either have conditioned shins or don't go 100%. They contour well and allow a lot of movement. You'll feel hard kicks, though still protecting you from injury.

    those fairtex shin guards are so amazing, i broke my old RDX ones during a spar and bought these on the spot at my gym and instantly noticed a difference, most guys had em but i didn’t realize the quality was that good, i mean i own fairtex stuff so i shoulda known but it’s such a discrepancy from my old ones

      RDX is such a terrible brand, i brought the RDX gloves and they’re probably the worst gloves I’ve ever used!

      I don’t have a shop near me that sells shin guards, I tried in the RDX shin guards at my local gym. I was a size small, what size do you think I’d be in fartex?

      @@Yeehawwtorres I’m 6 foot 190 lbs but pretty dense and I wear a large, I’d say I could wear a medium if I wanted to, but large fits good

    For the shin guards if I would like to strengthen my shins how should I do that

    • @jakubsvoboda7644

      Just kick the heavy bag over and over again

      The only thing that strengthens them is repetitive impact Smae with elbows and knees and alll bones if they keep getting hit they’ll eventually get strongwr

      Hit heavy bag and do shin conditioning. Also have lots of calcium in your body.

    • @pete4871

      you could use thinner shin guards if you want more impact, like a cheaper sock shin guard

      Shin conditioning is not real, nerve damage is real. You're conditioning the nerves, not the bone. Bone density is increased with resistance exercise. If you want stronger shins, do heavy squats and deadlifts. Smacking yourself on the leg with a metal pipe only makes you look like a crazy person
